Charming country cottage

Charming little house, with private courtyard and garden, nestled in the heart of the Sarthe countryside, combining the charm of the old with its beams, exposed stones and fireplace, a neat decoration and modern comfort. It is 5 minutes from Beaumont-sur-Sarthe.
The cottage includes a living / dining room with fireplace (integrated wood stove), a dining area, a sofa and a flat screen TV. The kitchen, for its part, is fully equipped (gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer). You will then find a bathroom with shower and vanity unit as well as a washing machine. The toilets are independent. A staircase will lead you to a master bedroom (140, new bedding) as well as a mezzanine with a pull-out bed (80 ) that transforms into a double bed (80*200, new bedding).
We provide basic necessities and you will replace them at the end of your stay.
Please note, for people with mobility difficulties, that a small one works in the shower and sanitary facilities.
The house was completely restored in 2023 and decorated with care.
You can rest in the intimate garden, out of sight. It is equipped with a barbecue (gas), a garden table, garden furniture and sun loungers.
