Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Absolutely horrible the house is literally falling apart mouse feces everywhere terrible neighborhood mold in the bathroom DO NOT STAY HERE

This is a very old house that had been updates somewhat. The appliances could use an update and the kitchen cabinets are very old. Some if not most of the pots and pans where all warp and hard to use on old unbalanced burners. The house could use a good deep clean. There was cobwebs in the living room. And mouse or cockroach poop in the living room corners. The water pressure was awful all throughout the house. It was difficult to take a shower and wash my long thick hair. The hot water was just barely there to wash dishes as well. We were able to make this house work for us, but it definitely had it quarks and I guess you get what you pay for.

The location was fine but the house had ROACHES REAL BAD!! ALL the beds had plastic on them and very uncomfortable my husband and myself had to sleep on the couch and love seat. I had asked to get a refund due to the nasty roaches. My budget wouldn't let me stay some place else then wait for a refund. VERY UN HAPPY. I bought bug spray and plug ins to get rid of the bugs and to get rid of the smell. Didnt help much.

Cute and smelly

The place was very cute. Had it not been for the terrible pet odor it would have been a great place to stay. Pet odor so strong it made your eyes water and everything had a terrible smell. We let early to get away form the smell

Great for the price.

This was a great experience for what we paid. Stevens were a great host and kept in constant contact throughout the stay. They were very accommodating especially when we needed to add a day and on a sunday at that. I would 100% recommend.

The place was very confortable, clean and like 5 min away from post. Love the open floor area and of course the kids love the fact that there was internet and cable available. We had a little trouble getting hot water in tub my husband said there was a trick to it.

Review

The property management team was great when it came to communication. The house on the other had left a lot to be desired. The couch had a bad smell to it, the light in the fridge was not working, and the toilet was not securely fastened. Multiple towels were found with clumps of black hair. The shower was nasty, I chose not to shower during my stay it was that bad. I also arrived late and didn't walk the entire house. I got up in the morning and the back door was left unlocked. There were bugs in the main bedroom and kitchen. Overall I would not stay in this house again.

Not recommended

We arrived 5 minutes after our check-in time to find the cleaners, who were very nice, still cleaning. We had to wait 20 to 25 minutes before we could go in. By the way we had juat drove 1300 miles. After the cleaners left, we went in to find the couches and beds covered in dog hair. The cleaners gave me her number so i contacted her and she came back with lint rollers to clean the couches and beds. The beds did not have top sheets. The bedroom in the garage conversion has a terrible bug problem. The ceiling fan light in the living did not work. The toilet leaned terribly and felt like it was going to fall through the floor. Minimal water pressure in the shower. I contacted Stevens realty with no satisfaction. Needless to say, i wont be back and may never use vrbo again

Horrible!

Roach/ insect infestation. No hot water pressure. Place appeared ran down and in mid renovation. Sent good part of our stay cleaning. The host did nothing to address the long list of problems. Copied Email sent to manager with pictures if they will show up. There was an infestation and our allergies were beyond horrible during our stay. image2.jpeg image16.jpeg The doors and frames did not fit the frame and were either broken or rotted out and we’re not secure. The deadbolt on the front would probably fail under a stiff breeze. image3.jpeg image11.jpeg There was all but no hot water pressure and tub was not clean. image4.jpeg The place was in a state of disrepair the base base boards were missing and nails sticking out and the tile was exposed and taped down, definitely not child safe. image5.jpeg image6.jpegimage7.jpeg image12.jpeg Half of the electric outlets did not work, the acted like they were burnt out, I am concerned about a fire hazard and WiFi password did not work. image8.png The place was not cleaned let alone disinfected: image9.jpegimage10.jpeg image13.jpeg image14.jpeg The beds were not clean and there were no clean replacements: image15.jpeg The guy came to mow on the 4th that should have been done between guests. As stated it was not guest ready and was not as advertised, to say the least we could not sleep or enjoy our stay as this place was not clean, safe or secure.

Decent , Not the best but close to ft sill

The place was clean and smelled great when I first got in. After the first day I did start seeing roaches and bugs crawling around. When using the washer it bangs and moves around a lot even on a small load and both washer and dryer make weird noises. I did notice since the first day I scoped out the house the floorboards like rearranged especially downstairs things looked moved around every other day mind you I was here for 17 days. There weren’t any cleaning supplies for renters so I went out and bought some and laundry soap etc. There were also no washcloths just drying towels which I also went and bought and food as well left. At night sometimes it did sound like someone was walking around in the backyard and the downstairs area so I had my fiancé look out in the place his second time he came and he agreed that this were rearranged when we left the house. Also in the description it says around check in they ask for id and card holder info which they did not do until after I checked out which we thought they just took the rest of the money for the stay after check in because that’s what hotels/Abby like does and it was said in the description so why would it be any different? Stevens rentals called my phone asking for the card info and I spoke to “Ana from Stevens rentals” and she said they did not save card information from the deposit so my fiancé spoke to to them cooperating to give them the card info and it was declined and he was speaking to me and informed me he didn’t have all of the money due now so he would pay for the rest of the reservation on Friday and they tried to charge my card which I used to pay $$60 just to get the check in info in the guest portal. But I was told that they don’t save card info? Turned out to be a lie. The people that come by to clean are crackheads and kids and leave cigarettes out on the ground and in the driveway and the backyard. As far as getting around with Uber and all drivers aren’t really active till around 9am and stop around 10pm and it’s the same for doordash and Uber eats. I washed everything i used as well as the bed I slept in the upper main room which also had strands of blonde straight hair which I don’t have so they don’t wash sheets like they say. I can say the property managers communicate really well and text back quite fast so that’s convenient. Not much to do around in Lawton it’s really boring but there’s museums and parks around fort sill.
