Our home is a 2100 sq. ft. three story townhome located the North End of Charlotte. It has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 5 beds. There is plenty of space for rest, entertainment, and memories. The exceptionally large kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies you might need. To remind yourself of how close you are to the city just take a step out onto the balcony or look out the second or third floor windows to get fantastic city views!

Great space for the four of us that stayed there. Overall the house was clean, outside of the master bedroom bathroom. I would like to believe this was an oversight by the cleaning crew, because the house, as a whole, was definitely clean.

A beautiful home for one. It is in a great location, right outside of the city. Very quite community. Anyone we encountered was very polite. You can adjust the thermostat!! May seem like small, but that was a big deal cause we get hot easily. Had plenty of towels and wash cloths for everyone use. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but we would have what we needed if we did. Bedrooms were comfortable, we all got great sleep. My only question, not really an issue, was the streaming on the TV. I should've just asked, but we for worried about signing the person out and wasn't sure if we could sign in with our personal accounts. I would stay there again.

We were so happy to spend a long weekend with our large (grown) family for our niece’s wedding at The Casey. We had everything we needed (including a crib, high chair and toys for our grandson) and the location was perfect (park down the street with an awesome playground, easy drive to CLT, fun vibe and good food at Camp North and NODA) and we all slept so well! Kayla popped by to take care of a small issue when we checked in, and we all appreciated the warm-baked cookie delivery mid-way through the stay. We highly recommend the rental - so much better than staying in a hotel!

The place was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures, which isn’t always the case. Everything was clean, and there was plenty of space to spread out. I came to town for a work conference with a few co-workers, and we loved the location, it was close to downtown. We felt safe enough to walk early in the mornings before sunrise and in the evenings. There were usually very friendly neighbors out walking their dogs or running. The host was very responsive, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. They required very little from us for check-out compared to other places I've stayed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we all felt at home away from home.me away from home. I highly recommend this property.

The townhouse was quite comfortable and met our needs for the weekend. It was an easy walk to Camp North End. There is a little wear and stains on the carpet, but otherwise, it's in great condition and decorated nicely. There were individual toiletries in each bedroom, which was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect to all the fun activities and best food. The layout of the house is perfect for bigger groups or multiple families. Check out the as super easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Charlotte.

The place was the perfect distance from Camp North End The Revelry. It was perfect, clean, and wonderful! We had an excellent stay and loved it. When we return, we would definitely like to stay there again.

Just what we needed!

The townhouse was exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean and the beds made. The layout of the house gave everyone enough privacy but also a great meeting place on the second floor. My brother, his wife and daughter needed a place for their family so the loft was the most ideal location. And that master bedroom was absolutely glorious. We had the best time, the location is super close/ walking distance to Camp Northend as mentioned. If you don’t mind a bit longer walk, Heist is in the vicinity as well. I would recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Vacation stay for large group of six

This rental was very clean and spacious. The room with the sofa beside the bed was upstairs. The master bedroom was on the middle floor with the kitchen and living room, and the other 2 bedrooms were on the first floor. The unit was very nicely decorated and really close to the downtown area. The neighborhood was very quiet. We appreciated a nice vacation property.

Perfect getaway

The townhouse was so clean and nice, the owners left cute little goodie bags with toothbrushes and other things we might need along with many towels/wash rags! Getting in was easy with just having to punch in a code, didn’t need to worry about keys or anything. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows, blankets and sheets! 8-10 minutes from Uptown, very easy to get around! Good price, Kayla and Evan were good to work with as well - I would recommend staying here!

Great spot for the weekend

We stayed here for my nephew’s wedding and it was a great location. Nothing around the city (where we needed go) was more than 10-15 minutes away. It is walking distance to Camp North End- super fun area. We were not in the VRBO very much as we were there for a family wedding, but it met all of our needs. We had one mix up in checking in -but they responded immediately and corrected the issue. So I have no complaints.
