Great location! A short walk to MSU and downtown!!!

This brightly lit basement apartment is on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown Bozeman and Montana State University. Our guests rave about being able to walk everywhere!

It is a great location for visiting a child at college, touring the university for the first time, or enjoying a sporting event at MSU! If you are visiting for the many outdoor activities, this is a great place to call home base. We are a short drive to many great hiking options in the surrounding mountain ranges and the Big Sky area. We are always happy to make any suggestions for a great hike. If visiting Yellowstone is on your bucket list we are an easy 1 hour and 20 minutes from the North entrance of the park outside of Gardiner (We have bear spray if you need it). If you are lucky enough to visit in the winter months, we are 18 miles from our local ski hill, Bridger Bowl, and 1 hour from Big Sky.

Your space has its own separate entrance with a convenient keypad entry. The three bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping for five guests. Two bedrooms offer a queen bed and one bedroom offers a full-size bed. One of the queen bedrooms has a desk for remote workers. The space offers one large bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. There is a nice living room with a cozy gas fireplace and TV (no cable, just streaming TV). Strong WiFi. Laundry room. We don’t offer a full kitchen in the space. We have a well-equipped kitchenette only, with a microwave, toaster, air fryer toaster oven, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and electric tea kettle with an assortment of tea bags available. Our guests love the excuse to dine out at all the amazing restaurants in town. We are always happy to make any dining suggestions. The basement apartment stays cooler by design but our full house AC keeps you just right on those rare hot summer days. All rooms also have fans to circulate the evening air should you choose to open the windows on a cool summer night. We have all new flooring throughout the space!! No pets. Non-smoking.

My husband and I live upstairs and are available for questions during your stay. We are located in the Cooper Park area.

No cleaning fee!! The cleaning fee is included at no additional charge!!! Also, no add-on per person fees like you often see with short-term rentals. We are looking forward to your visit!!

It felt like home and owners felt like old friends. We moved our son into MSU and this was a perfect location to everything-MSU, downtown and the grocery store were all within walking distance. Yellowstone day trip as well and they even had bear spray and a cooler for us to use ). They kept in mind all the small things from facial cleanser, shampoo/conditioner, detergent, Qtips, and to all our great relief white noise makers for sleeping (gonna get me some!). It had a microwave, full size fridge, and countertop oven where we made pizza with all the utensils among other things. Zero complaints or advise for improvement. It was clean, safe, homey, and perfect!

Awesome stay in Bozeman!

This is a lovely, conveniently located property in Bozeman a very short drive from downtown. We had plenty of room to spread out! I felt that this was one of the best appointed rentals we have ever stayed in. Kitchen area, laundry and bathrooms all were well stocked! Nancy is so sweet! If we had back to Bozeman we would love to stay again!

MSU Graduation

We came for our daughter's graduation and the location was PERFECT! Close to everything! The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. This was hands down the most well stocked rental we have EVER stayed at! We didn't have to run out and get ANYTHING. From coffee to q-tips this place had it! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend. Also our hosts were in contact during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. She is getting her masters next year so we will be back!!

Wedding weekend in Bozeman

We came to Bozeman for a family wedding. Never having visited I reached out several times leading up to our stay with Nancy our host. She was nothing but wonderful; "do you need a steamer for the dresses? Here's a list of things to do, where to eat, ..." You get the idea. Once there, the space is smartly laid out, has lots of small, thoughtful features. We were very comfortable. The town is growing rapidly. We had several great meals out, spent a day at the local hotsprings, and enjoyed several venues that were part of the wedding festivities. Nancy and Ted are the nicest hosts we've experienced in many years of travel. I can't recommend their place enough if you're considering a visit to Bozeman!

Great place in Bozeman

Nancy and Ted are super hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The 3 BR and 1 Bath unit was spacious and very clean and had all the amenities that we could want. The location is excellent and made day trips and dining out easy. We will stay here again when return to Bozeman!

This Place Is Perfect!

We had such a fantastic stay at Nancy and Ted's lovely place. We had absolutely everything we needed and so appreciated all the extra touches (bear spray to use on a hike for example!) and extra efforts that were made to make this place so comfortable. The weather was hot the weekend we stayed but the temperature in the house was perfect. We could easily access both downtown and MSU by foot. We can't wait to stay again, thank you so much for everything Ted and Nancy!

We are both from large families and love knowing our house is full of people enjoying themselves. Our basement apartment is perfect for visiting family and friends, and new friends that we meet through VRBO as they enjoy our space. We remember how hard it was to find lodging when we visited our kids at college and love knowing we are helping parents as they come here to visit MSU. We love the walkability of our location and love seeing visitors get to experience walking into town, to a music venue, or to their favorite restaurant or bar.
