Beautiful vacation home with heated pool

Bright house built in 2016 between Ploemeur and Lorient, ideally located to radiate the region. You are 8 minutes by bus from Lorient and the heart of its famous Interceltic Festival (the bus stop is located 1 minute walk from the house) and 15 minutes by bike from the beautiful beaches of Lorient (we provide 4 bikes for 2 adults and 2 children). Everything is also easily done by car.

The house is located at the end of a very quiet housing development, little passenger, it has pretty exterior with a semi-inground swimming pool, full outdoor kitchen, garden furniture, relaxation area. You can also have a good time around the petanque court between two dives.
