Dear Kelli We are very surprised to see that you gave us a 2 stars review, what happened is completely out of our control, we made everything possible to fix the issue immediately. The internet wasn’t working, xfinity had to fix the problem, Gregory (one of the managers at Florida 1 vacation rentals LLC) immediately went to T-Mobile to buy a MiFi (cost of $200) for you to use. He waited in line at T-mobile from 9-10am that they open then another 40min to get helped, he bought the MiFi and brought it back to you right away. Xfinity fixed the problem right away also. We were not made aware by the owner that a contractor had to come that morning, we made clear with the owner to advise us of anyone coming to the house, if any. They are just missing a plug in the kitchen island, nothing major. The color of the water is completely normal, we also live in lauderdale by the sea and have the same color of water, nothing we can do about that, it’s a city thing. On Thanksgiving day, you reported a problem in one of the bathrooms. We had to pay $600 for the emergency call for a plumber. He pulled out of the drain so many wipes!. Wipes shouldn’t be thrown in the toilets, this is a problem waiting to happen. The bathroom was fixed, you could have used it. Have we known that you wouldn’t use the bathroom, we wouldn’t have had an emergency service on Thanksgiving day. The house rules are very clear that guests are not allowed to have a party at the house: you had at least 30 people on Thanksgiving day. All this people using the bathrooms at once doesn’t help either. We didn’t stop the party to make it for the loss of internet for couple of hours. We had the screened fixed the week before your arrival, it happens that iguanas and squirrels make their way through the screens but it’s seldom. For the photo on the website, it is my husband Victor and myself Carole (you had my number also in the welcome book). We are a family business and have employees. Gregory is one of them and our son and we have few other people working with us. We thought putting the picture of our couple would be more fun than to put the logo of our company. We have 5 stars reviews in all the websites, I definitely don’t think it is fair to give us a 2 stars review when we were always here within minutes to assist you. All in all, only the internet was a problem and it was fixed within few hours. I don’t thing we could have done more for your convenience.

Dear Mr. Donald, I'm very surprised by your review since we went ABOVE AND BEYOND what we could have done to make you happy. Before you checked-in, I had guests in the house and everything was fine. As it happens, things malfunction or break. Unfortunately, the fridge had a problem and the microwave didn't work, we brought the repairmen the same day: they told us the microwave can be repaired, so we place the order to repair. In meanwhile, we brought you my own microwave. The fridge was working but was a little too cold: WE CHANGED THE FRIDGE FOR A NEW ONE AND HAD IT DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY.(very hard to achieved those day but we were still able to do it) In meanwhile, we got news that the piece for the microwave will take a very long time to arrive: WE WENT TO BUY A NEW MICROWAVE AND BROUGHT IT TO YOU, so that I can have mine back. You request for a ceramic griddle (it was never said to be there), you receive it the next day. You request an electric hand mixer (it was never said to be there neither) and you received it the next day also. I would think that everything was done to make you happy, we do have hundreds of reviews all together for our vacation rentals and it is unanimous that we try everything we can to give the best service possible.
