Located just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride from Annecy's downtown and historic center, travelers have easy access to the region's main tourist attractions, restaurants and typical stores. What's more, our strategic location offers quick access to major transportation routes, making it easy to travel to other popular destinations in the area. For the more sporty, the voie verte can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike, and the Annecy soccer club is just a few blocks from the Appart-Hotel Neostelia.

All our spaces have been custom-designed with quality materials, to ensure maximum comfort for travelers. Common areas (laundry, reception with relaxation area, outdoor petanque court...) can also be found within the apartment-hotel. Paddles and bicycles are available for hire, so travelers can explore the city and enjoy the lake in fine weather.
Some apartments have balconies and small gardens. For the rest, don't worry: all apartments boast magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, including Mont Parmelan and Mont Veyrier.
For guests arriving by car, private parking is available within the apartment-hotel grounds, as well as charging stations if you have electric vehicles.
