Stroll to Margaritaville, Starbucks, and many stores and attractions. Everything is within walking distance! MoBay is a great central location to see all the sights on the island. Chatham Palms offers a comfortable respite to enjoy fresh sea breeze, warm sunlight, poolside relaxation and epic ocean views.

The Chatham Palms development has its own private driveway and features a sparkling clean community swimming pool, an indoor gym and a children’s playground. Behind the property you are directly at the ocean’s edge; enjoy dazzling sunset vistas over the Bay!
Located on Jamaica’s North Shore, Montego Bay offers a tranquil tropical island atmosphere, gorgeous white sand beaches, sparkling turquoise waters, a lively reggae music scene, pumped-up nightlife along the “Hip Strip” (Gloucester Ave.) and some of the finest Jamaican cuisine and Duty-Free shopping in the Caribbean.


Living:

The spacious living room has tile floors, warm neutral hues, an oversized sectional sofa, sofa-bed, loveseat and coffee table, all nicely arranged around an entertainment center with a 55” 4K Smart SmartTV (Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix & Roku included!) Relax here, under the two ceiling fans, in the AC to stream your favorite shows and movies. This open-concept living space is comfortable, casual, yet stylishly tropical. Colorful photographs of the island landscape adorn the main wall. Note: The living room sofa is also a sleeper sofa.


Kitchen/Dining:

The condo has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen to prepare whichever world-class meals you desire. The open-concept kitchen has tile floors, hardwood cabinets to store all your necessities, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a gas range, oven, microwave, sink and full-size refrigerator with ice maker. Additionally, there’s a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
Slice some fresh tropical fruit for breakfast and indulge in the decadent local flavors of mangos, passionfruit, pineapple, and ackee. Simmer some curry for lunch, and fry up some tostones. Prepare a fresh seafood dinner of Red Snapper. Don’t feel much like cooking while you’re on vacation? We don’t blame you! We understand! Ask about our private chef experience - a menu is included.
The kitchen has a large pass-through window that opens out to the dining room. This design ensures that a chef is never isolated from the social scene. The dining room features a bar-height table with upholstered stool seating for four. This is a great spot to gather with friends or loved ones for family-style meals.


Bedrooms/Baths:

This condo has two bedrooms, each with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom. The large primary suite has a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has an ensuite bathroom that can also be accessed via a door from the hallway. Both bedrooms have tile floors, area rugs, ceiling fans, air conditioning units, and nightstands with reading lamps and USB ports. Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, hairdryers and toiletries. Both shower stalls have luxurious rain shower heads and safety handrails.
The spacious primary bedroom has a King size bed, a bureau with a 45” SmartTV, a full-length mirror, an ensuite bath with a single-sink vanity, and a walk-in glass door shower with custom tile work.
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. (Twins can be pushed together to make a king, per request. Please let us know in advance.) There’s also a large closet, bureau and an ensuite bath with a single-sink vanity and a walk-in, glass door shower with custom tile work.

*Just off the kitchen in a laundry room with a washer and dryer (because the laundry never sleeps, even when you’re on vacation.)


Outdoor Amenities:

Outdoor & Community amenities are a highlight of this Chatham Palms condo. There’s a private patio/balcony to enjoy fresh air, morning and evening views. This is a great spot to sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The community pool is just steps from this condo. Plenty of lounge chairs are available for sunbathing, relaxation and leisure. The littlest travelers will surely enjoy the community playground. Of course, the greatest highlight of this condo is the walkability to world-class beaches and nightlife.
Free parking is available at Chatham Palms. (2 spaces) Parking is assigned and areas are specified for visitor parking.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home, property, and pool.

The Neighborhood:
There’s a constant influx of leisure and business travelers in the tourist city of MoBay. The city is a cruise port, airport hub, second largest city in Jamaica and one of the island’s main coastal resort destinations. You’ll love the rum bars, laid-back atmosphere, upbeat reggae music, vibrant nightlife, Rastafarian culture, white sand beaches, turquoise blue Caribbean water, dazzling sunrises, romantic sunsets and fabulous Caribbean cuisine.

Relax at Doctor’s Cave Beach, Aqua Sol Beach, Cornwall Beach, Tropical Bliss Beach or Dead End Beach. Explore historic plantations such as Croydon; famous for coffee and pineapple, and Rose Hall Sugar Mansion infamous for its haunted history. Marvel at marine wildlife, enjoy snorkeling expeditions. Check out Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville; a restaurant, nightclub and waterpark all rolled into one! Visit Rocklands bird sanctuary, take a jungle excursion to hike Mayfield Falls, Dunn’s River Falls or YS Falls.

As for dining, The Pelican Grill, Sugar Mill Restaurant, The Houseboat Grill, Hard Rock Cafe Montego Bay, Seagrape Terrace and Seahorse Grill are some of the area's most celebrated restaurants. Great nightlife, live music, shopping and dining can be found along the Hip Strip, just a quick stroll from Chatham Palms.

To ensure the safety of guests, we recommend staying in tourist areas and avoiding inner-city areas. Don’t walk alone at night, or in deserted areas, and keep the valuables on your person to a minimum. Do not walk with your cell phone out.

Getting Around:
One of the largest airports in the Caribbean, Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport (MBJ), serves many major airline carriers and handles 9 million passengers yearly. This airport is used as the Caribbean hub for many airlines and has three terminals with accessibility to ground transportation. The airport is just a 3-minute drive from Chatham Palms. Taxis are available. If you need an airport pick-up or drop-off, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you.

24hr security on-site, and an alarm system.

Guardsman at the entrance and valid ID has to be presented for anyone to access the property.

Parking is assigned and free; areas are dedicated to visitor parking.

Should you require housekeeping, babysitting, spa service, or Grocery shopping - we can stock your fridge before you arrive, airport picks up, and/or drop-off, let us know.

The AC will only work optimally when all doors and windows are closed. They will turn themselves off within 3 minutes if the doors are open and 15/30 minutes if no one is in the room.

Please no parties, no pets, and no smoking in the house.
