Welcome to Bay Manor Home! This splendid waterfront retreat will sure to be a hit with all who stay. Spread out over 4900 sq ft, your whole group will be very comfortable in our unique home. Amenities abound with bikes, water front activities, in ground heated pool, game area and outdoor kitchen. Other amenities include golf, tennis and more!

Bay Manor home consists of 4 levels. The elevator starts at level one and goes to the third level. The top level is only accessable by the spiral staircase.

First level is built for entertainment with a tiki bar/full kitchen, in ground salt water pool and boat dock. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off and a bathroom. Bikes available. Parking is covered. The elevator starts on this floor and goes to all but the fourth level.

Second level is the main hub of our home with an open floor plan and gourmet kitchen. Casual seating and a dining area with a fire place bring it all together for your gathering. Half bath off the kitchen and a laundry room for convenience. This floor has a wrap around porch. There is a screened in area with seating. No extra charge for the stunning views! The master suite is on this floor. Spacious and inviting with a king bed and fireplace. Walk in closet and full bath.

Third level has 3 bedrooms and a large bunk area with 7 twin beds! There is one bedroom off to the right of the bunk area. This bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The full bathroom on this side is shared wth this bedroom and the bunk room. LARGE walk in shower, jetted tub, 2 vanities, 2 toilet rooms and 2 walk in closets.
The other two bedrooms are to the left of the bunk room. One room has 2 queen beds. The other has one queen bed. These two bedrooms have a full bathroom between them. There is also a laundry room on this floor. Wrap around porch with seating in a screened in area with more free stunning views :)

We call the top level "The Lookout". This floor will have a wetbar and lounge area. The elevator does not go to this floor and it can only be accessed by the spiral staicase. (From the bunk room)

Overall our home sleeps 18 with 5 bedrooms and 13 beds.
