Charming studio of 26 m2 very bright, quiet and comfortable. You will spend a quiet stay enjoying breathing the sea air. Its balcony offers a peaceful view of the street, not overlooked, on the "3rd floor" of a quiet building, without elevator but very easy to assemble.
The living room consists of a lounge area with sofa bed (2 places), an ultra-functional equipped kitchen. A bathroom with toilet and shower. A sleeping area with standard double bed (140x190) and an entrance. A common courtyard is available to store bicycles.

Regarding accommodation:
The capacity is 4 adult beds (1 bed + 1 sofa bed), we also have the possibility of adding a travel cot with a "changing table" support.

A secure common courtyard is available to store bicycles.

For a moment of relaxation, massage oil and a body scrub are available ( To be left on site)

The apartment is non-smoking, possibility on the balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with the following necessary equipment:
- Refrigerator with a small freezer part and not freezer.

- Coffee maker and Tassimo machine
- 2 ceramic hobs
- Kettle, toaster
- A TV
- A drying rack that can be put on the balcony

Bed linen is not included. We offer a bed linen and towels option in the form of a pack otherwise provide bed linen (140cm fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcase, towels):
- 20€ for the 2 people pack: 1 double bed + 2 towels per person.
- 40€ for the 4 people pack: 2 double bed + 2 towels per person.

A security deposit of €500.00, not cashed, will be required.

Passenger access:
Ideally located on Singer Street, this location is very convenient. It offers direct access to the esplanade, the sites and all the amenities: 200 m from the beach, the bowling alley, the Sunset complex, the swimming pool, the media library... A stone's throw from the main shopping street (rue Carnot) where you can find bars, restaurants, shops....
The casino and the cinema are less than 5 minutes walk away. Supermarkets 5 minutes away: Carrefour Market and Contact.
It is perfect for getting around without using the vehicle!

Other remarks:
Parking is paid in the street from May 1st to September 30th and during the All Saints' Day school holidays. The first hour is free, the time to drop off your belongings. Many nearby spaces in the adjacent streets are also free within a few minutes' walk.
There are packages: 7 days / 20€ and 14 days / 30€ (PrestoPark mobile application).
