Location meets comfort and style at this luxurious Incline Village get-away, located in the desirable McCloud Condominiums. Recently refurbished, it showcases an exquisite Scandinavian minimalist decor. Each room of this airy, 2 bedroom condo is tasteful, inviting and extremely comfortable.

The condo is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach through the tree-lined, grassy and peaceful McCloud grounds. It is also walking distance to the recreation center and less than 2 miles away from Diamond Peak ski resort. Guests also have access to the year-round, communal hot tub, located steps from the front door.
The open great room features tall cathedral ceilings, 2 extremely comfortable queen sleeper sofas, an inviting window seat, a cozy fireplace for winter time, and a wall-mounted 55" Samsung smart TV. It leads out to an inviting patio overlooking the scenic grounds with seating for four.
The dining area features a 7.5' warm, nordic wooden table, paired with a bench and chairs, making it a relaxed table for six with room for children. It is directly across from an inviting gallery kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the kitchen amenities needed to prepare a feast while entertaining your guests.
The master bedroom has a top of the line pressure-smart Beautyrest king bed outfitted with luxurious bedding, a 43" Samsung smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with combination shower and tub, a private closet and a large garden window overlooking the tree-covered, grassy walks of McCloud. The guest room is equipped with a top of the line pressure-smart Beautyrest queen bed with luxury linens, a 40" wall mounted Samsung smart TV, a private closet and a large window with its own splendid view of the grounds. The adjacent guest bathroom has a walk in shower.

We moved from Atlanta to the Reno/Tahoe area in 2012. We took a trip out here for our wedding, fell in love with the area, and put an offer on a home on our way to the airport. We love all that the surrounding area has to offer, from skiing at the lake and enjoying breathtaking hiking in the warm months to conquering some of the world's best cross-country and downhill skiing in the winter months, we were hooked and knew this was just the place to raise our family.
From a long line of entrepreneurs in the real estate space, we love to buy beautiful properties and fix them up for others to enjoy. On top of our real estate ventures, we run a digital marketing firm and bring an extreme attention to customer service in all we do.

We put our heart and soul into fixing this property up when we purchased it in the spring of 2021. With its proximity to the lake, we knew it just needed a little love and elbow grease to become one of the most accommodating and beautiful rental properties in the area. We furnished it with an all new Scandinavian minimalist decor, funky art, luxury mattresses, hotel bedding, and top of the line electronics.
We stocked the kitchen full of every item we could think of for you to enjoy your stay and included essential items to enjoy the beach, as well as toys for those traveling with children.
We take tremendous pride in hosting you at our rental property and will go out of our way to see that you have a comfortable, memorable and fantastic stay at our home.
