Spacious two bedroom, plus a “KIDS LOFT” (the KIDS LOFT is accessed via the 2nd bedroom) Our place has all new kitchen appliances and is perfect for a quick mountain getaway.
We have every amenity you will need, from irons and blow dryers, to extensive cooking appliances.
You will have access to our on property "Sport Court" club with a pool, hot tub and sauna, yoga and a workout gym. We are 10 minute walk down the hill to Edward’s plaza & a 5 minute drive to the Beaver Creek ski parking lot.

Great stay

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament. The location was great and the house worked well for us. Unfortunately, the washer was broken, which was a huge setback for us, but Jeff worked on a solution and had our laundry taken care of, which was much appreciated. Jeff was very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Property!

My brother, myself and our adult children stayed at this awesome property for a week of skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. The location was for skiing and access to Edwards/Avon was perfect. The condo was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Our check-in/check-out was a breeze. Jeff is an amazing host with great communication and local recommendations. If we find ourselves back in the Beaver Creek area, I will look to book here first! Thanks for everything, Jeff!!

Issues

We need bike storage and there isn’t any. The bedrooms were very hot. Ceiling fans would hellp. the upstairs bathtub drain did not work. Very small patio.

Nice neighborhood. Quiet and quaint!

Check in process was pretty easy! Jeff communicated all the check in instructions and even gave us updates on any changes he made while we waited for our trip date to come. Condo was clean and as seen in photos. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!! Thank you Jeff!

Great cozy place minutes from the slopes

The location is great, 15 minutes from Beaver Creek. Hot water does run out after a few people shower consecutively but other than that it's very cozy and clean. Third room is a loft accessible by a ladder fixed to the wall.

Great Location

Visited Colorado for the first time. Our daughter lives in Edwards and this location was perfect. Quiet location and we saw two deer with the biggest racks I've ever seen on the way home from dinner one night.

Great Experience

We had an amazing stay at Jeff and Famlies property, It had a cozy feeling but felt very spacious at the same time. The amenities were above and beyond. But what made the trip was Jeffs customer service, Outstanding.

Cozy property conveniently located close to Beaver Creek and Vail.

This property is very cozy, close to both Edwards, Avon and the slopes. We had a few questions for Jeff the property owner and he was easily accessible.

This property was immaculately decorated and spotless. The kitchen was well equipped is terms of cookware, etc. And the pool/hot tub/health club was very high quality as well. A true gem for such a low price during ski season.

Perfect Stay in Edwards

The townhouse was perfect for us and had everything we needed - from a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens to laundry supplies. Jeff was a wonderful host and very responsive. The location was great - easy ad quick drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail. We would happily stay there again.

Great place for a quick Thanksgiving trip

Perfect location for the places we needed to get: Beaver Creek, Edwards, Avon. Online listing was accurate. Plenty of room for our 2 adult, 2 kid visit. Could have used a humidifier and measuring cups, but otherwise very well stocked.

Excellent Condo!

We've stayed in Eagle County a bunch visiting family and this is BY FAR the best condo we've ever rented. It was spacious, quiet, clean, beautiful and well appointed. The owners thought of everything. My favorite part was that the condo was decorated but not "over decorated". It didn't feel cluttered, even after we unpacked. We'll never stay anywhere else when we visit again. Best rental ever.

Great location condo

This property was everything we needed. Very centrally located yo the areas we were visiting. Vail Avon Minturn Redcliff and Leadville. The condo was well appointed and the owner very responsive the condo has a fan on the wall in the bedroom and also another one which was great. Definitely gets 5 stars. My only complaint was the pillows were way to thin and soft but that’s subjective. Great place to stay and lots of good restaurants nearby

Great Host Great location

Jeff was great with communication. place is just as described. We enjoyed the liason because it was away from all the hoopla but close enough to get to the parking lots early to catch the shuttle to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.. and longer!

Great property on a secluded neighborhood

This is a great little gem tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The condo is well appointed with super comfortable beds and furniture, TVs and perfect common areas for family time, games and relaxing. The shower is great, plenty of storage for all of your gear and luggage and easily accessible to nearby Beaver Creek and Vail by car, as well as shopping and restaurants in Edwards and the surrounding areas. The neighborhood is full of hiking trails, playgrounds, sledding hills and beautiful views. The owner is super helpful and accommodating and has very fast response times about everything. It was a great stay and we can’t wait to go back!

First time in the area. We will be back!

This was a girls trip and this was the first time in the area. Jeff and Bernadette were so gracious with their time and recommendations. Bernadette even created an entire itinerary for our trip! Their restaurant recommendations were the best!! After a full day, it was so wonderful to sink into their luxurious bed to rest. Edwards was centrally located to get to Beaver Creek, Vail and Breckinridge. It was a good value and I will definitely be back when I visit the area again with my husband.

We are located 10 minutes from Arrowhead / Beaver Creek ski resort and 17 minutes to Vail Resort. Our Homestead village townhome sits adjacent to the Homestead Racket and fitness center which has a pool, workout center, basketball, tennis and pickleball available to you. The townhome is a one minute walk to open space and a eight minute walk into the town of Edwards which has 20 great restaurants, movie theater and great shopping.
