Welcome to Deer Valley Den! This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo is tucked just off Deer Valley Drive, in a perfect location between Deer Valley and Main Street.

As you enter, you are greeted with the living, dining, and kitchen area. The open layout creates an ideal space for spending quality time with friends and family. Get cozy by the fireplace, throw on a movie, or have a group game night! Deer Valley Den will make you feel right at home after a long day of adventure in Park City.

Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and an island with barstool seating. You’ll have all the appliances needed to whip up your favorite home-cooked meals, as well as a Keurig for your morning coffee. When dinner time hits, gather around the dining table which has seating for six.

Make your way upstairs for a restful retreat in one of two bedrooms. The beautiful Primary Bedroom boasts a king bed and a set of doors leading out onto a private Juliet balcony. The primary’s ensuite bathroom features modern finishes including a sleek walk-in shower with double shower heads and a custom vanity sink. The second bedroom accommodates four guests with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. It also features an ensuite bathroom, finished with custom barn wood doors and a gorgeous tiled bathtub.

Located in the Settler’s Ridge Complex, Deer Valley Den is just three blocks from Main Street and a half mile from Deer Valley Resort. There is a bus stop located steps from the front of the complex, offering easy and free access to all that Park City has to offer. Guests also have access to the communal hot tub—perfect for relaxing tired muscles after a day on the slopes or unwinding under the stars.

With modern updates, chic design, and a prime location, Deer Valley Den promises an incredible group getaway for those seeking a mountain escape.

Home Truths:
- This home allows a maximum of one dog under 30 pounds. No other animals are permitted. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to a $100 fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home has AC in both upstairs bedrooms using a 2-zone mini-split outdoor condenser with remote controllers in each bedroom.

Parking Details:
- The garage can only accommodate 2 small cars or a large SUV in the parking spaces labeled '8'.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Very pleasant condo

Great location, easy short ride bus access to Deer Valley ski base, quiet, and cozy, nicely appointed condo. Only complaints: a child highchair (which we did not ask for) was in the way in an already cramped dining area; towels in trunk/box in guest bedroom were damp; guest bedroom bathroom fan too noisy; battery of downstairs climate control unit went dead on last day. Otherwise would have given it 5 stars.
