Reservations can be made from Sunday to Sunday.
If you wish you can book for a midweek arrival other than Saturday or Sunday but the week will be due, and can be discussed between the holidaymaker and the owner.
- optional cleaning package of 120 euros
for any reservation less than a week the cleaning package will be obligatory.
This package is carried out by a cleaning company to carry out the interior and exterior of the property.
- optional linen package: 30 euros per person per stay
which includes sheets, towels (bath and toilet), tea towels.
The swimming pool is heated depending on the weather, however it is heated from April to October inclusive (until the All Saints holidays) if necessary. but if the climate is too cold, we cannot obtain a water temperature above 20°, in which case its operation will be stopped, not being able to fully satisfy our vacationers.

The property is adjoining another holiday accommodation, independent of each other, but its 2 properties can be rented simultaneously for 2 families, friends, while having privacy.
