Near Manhattan NYC - 3 Bedroom Apartment 1200 sqft

The Roxie Suite, located in a the small town of West New York, New Jersey, this apartment has plenty of space and sunlight. Great place for groups up to six, —families, friends, or those who are combining travel with work. The main bedroom has a private bath inside the room. The 3rd bedroom doubles as a bedroom/office space with a modest desk and swivel ergonomic chair. High speed wifi facilitates this feature. Free parking for 2 cars on the premises. NOTE: Minimum guest age is 13 years old.

This town is one of the most desired in the proximity of New York City. Not far from the apartment there is an exquisite view of New York City skyline and the Hudson River. The commute by bus to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 25-30 minutes. Only a 1-minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop into Manhattan. There is a ferry that can also be used to go to Manhattan. We are also very close to Hoboken, New Jersey, which is very well known for its delicious restaurants with spectacular Hudson River views. Hoboken is home to the famous CARLO'S BAKERY.

Full kitchen with all appliances. Supermarkets and shopping walking distance to stock up on food supplies. There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s 10 minutes by car. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessities including:

Great stay for a visit to NYC

The apartment was very, very clean and comfortable. We were a family of three adults and two teens and there was plenty of room. Parking was super easy and convenient. There are two bus lines around the corner that stop frequently and bring you right to Port Authority in NYC in 25-30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Great Stay in West NY, NJ!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Mignon was great about communication, suggestions, and details regarding check-in and check-out. Additionally, she was kind to give us transportation details from NYC. The location is great to easily catch the NJ Transit bus to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. There was plenty of space in an orderly and clean home. Hope to stay again!

Great location

We stayed at the apartment for almost a week. We traveled to New York City every day and used public transportation. The location is 2 minutes away from a direct bus to Port Authority which was very convenient for us. We’ll be happy to come back!

Sister's trip

My Sister's and I did a 3 night stay. This place was perfect. Easy access to bus transportation express to central Manhattan. This place was immaculate. The beds were comfortable as sisters we shared the beds. The kitchen and living spaces were perfect for a quick breakfast in the mornings and great to chill with cocktails after our days adventures. I would most definitely book this place again.

Nice, comfortable property

Mignon was a great host to work with. She made sure to answer all of our questions and provided what we needed for our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family. Excellent property

We thought this property was excellent and met our needs, it was close to bus and got us to where we needed to go. Recommend this property if you want outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Neigbourhood was very quiet . Would recommend a big couch with more seating more comfort in the living area . Otherwise top notch !

Perfect for medium groups

We stayed for a full week as our 6 person GS troop went to NYC each day. Super close bus stop into NYC. Clean home and super fast communication from property contact. Only thing I'd suggest is to have more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

3 Day Weekend (Fri-Sun) with Family in NYC

We had a great stay and appreciate the property and the little touches that the Host provided. 1) Great communication beforehand. 2) Upon arriving, the heater had been turned on for us. Coming in from a cold rainy night, this was much appreciated. 3) Other misc items with the property appreciated, dedicated parking in a driveway (HUGE), extra blankets, sheets and pillows. 4) location is nice. Near Manhattan, but tucked in a Latino community with nice places to eat and browse. I recommend eating at La Palmas. The Churrasco is enough for 2 people 5) Checkout is reasonable. No crazy requirements. Just take out the trash (just outside the door anyways). Overall, a really great experience and I would stay there again.

Immaculate and Spacious

This home is well taken care of and immaculate. The owner has made sure you have everything to get started for your stay. Mignon’s minimalist style of decorating is perfect for a rental home. Open and Airy spaces and uncluttered rooms. Mignon was available and kindly responsive when we had a question on the 1st day. We always felt safe and secure. 2 off street parking places is a real convenience and a rare find. Look into Port Imperial Ferry to get to 39th Midtown. The cost is $9 for adults, $8.25 for seniors, student rate available and children under 5 ride free. It is an 8 minute ride and a much better rate than an Uber. This home is perfect if you are visiting the city. Everything you need and absolutely clean, quiet, spacious and a responsive host.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Lage. Mignon ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die sofort reagiert wenn man sie brauchte. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir sind täglich mit dem Bus, der wirklich fast vor der Tür hält, nach Manhattan gefahren. Auch die Fähre, zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten, haben wir genutzt (Kosten 10 Dollar pro Fahrt). Mit dem Bus hat die Fahrt ca. 30 Min., mit der Fähre ca. 10 Min. gedauert. Die Gegend ist ruhig, die Leute sind freundlich und es gibt einige Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Restaurants in der Gegend. Einige Ecken weiter auf der Straße Bergenline gibt es einen größeren und günstigeren Supermarkt, eine tolle Bäckerei um Frühstücken und Pizza Hut. Zusammengefasst sagen wir: Es war eine super Unterkunft und wir würden sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank an Mignon!

Everything as promised

Our family had an amazing stay while vacationing and visiting Manhattan in July. The home was perfect for us and really appreciated the coziness and cleanliness of the unit. All questions were answered by Mignon and she really made sure we had all we needed. We would definitely stay again when we return. Thanks again!!

Exceptional stay

We loved this place. There were so many shops around the corner. The bus was close and quick ride to Manhattan. The upstairs neighbor made some very loud noises late at night. I messaged owner and this stopped abruptly. She was quick to respond to all messages. Thanks so much!!!

I enjoy meeting people and hosting new and old comers in our home to enjoy New Jersey and the very close by New York City

Cozy, modern and recently built with lovely amenities you will immediately feel comfortable and welcomed in this apartment. Nearby local shopping which is walking distance. Nearby NYC without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You can enjoy the elements of a small somewhat citified town without the high-impact of being in Manhattan.
