This is the only room on the 2nd floor of the property and also offers a private entrance through the garage if you prefer not to go through the main shared areas on the 1st floor.
The mail floor of the house has 3 additional bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other 2 are a jack and jill set up to share the main bathroom. There is also a cabana room with sliding glass doors and amazing views of the pool, dock and open intercoastal waterways.
The mail floor offers a generously sized kitchen and dining area, a living room with karaoke, a family room and a billiard room with 8ft pool table.
