Large house of 170 m² surrounded by a walled garden, located in the Blois Vienne district, 1.5 km from the Royal Castle and 5 MIN walk from Avenue Wilson where you will find all the shops (bakery, pharmacy, mini-markets, butcher, bar-tobacconist, restaurants, etc.)

On the first floor, a large entrance hall with cloakroom leads to a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room, 4 bedrooms (bed 160 and dressing room in each), as well as a bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit, separate toilet.

On the first floor, you will find a large bedroom (a 160 bed, dressing room, air conditioning), a second very spacious bedroom (3 single beds, dressing room, air conditioning), a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, changing table, ironing board and iron), a shower room with toilet. On this floor, a children's area has been set up on the landing with table, chairs and TV.

You also have a closed garage and can park two more cars in the courtyard.

At the back of the house there is a very large terrace with two tables with a maximum capacity of 15 people, a heated above-ground wooden swimming pool (6m x3, 8m) and a four-person jacuzzi, a relaxation room with infrared sauna completes the set.

The price includes bed linen, towels, dish towels and cleaning.
All maintenance between each stay is carried out by professionals.
