With us, it is good to take the time. The time to recharge your batteries, rest or simply read. Getaways and holidays are made for that. On three levels, our holiday home is functional and practical. It has all the modern and comfortable elements to make your stay with us a pleasant one.
The little extra is the living room. It is bathed in light all day long. On the kitchen side, it overlooks the horse meadow. You will enjoy exchanging your homemade recipes with them! On the other side, it opens onto a cocooning terrace. You will be rocked in our hanging chair by the light wind at the bottom of the valley.
To be pleasant for you and to allow you to have a good stay, we have equipped our cottage in the Allier gorges with a number of services. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped according to the standards of a 3-star cottage. Functional and practical, it has two induction hobs, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge and all the kitchen utensils. Our cottage has a television.
On the sleeping side, there is a bedroom on the 2nd floor with a 140 bed. There is then an extra bed in the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Pillows and duvets provided. Provide sheets and towels (possibility of renting at an additional cost).
On the first floor, in the garage area, you will find a laundry area. It is therefore composed of a sink, a washing machine with drying rack. The garage can accommodate a city car.
Welcome to the Gorges de l'Allier
The Allier is our river. It meanders and shapes our territory in the most beautiful way. It has its source in the Moure de la Gardille in the nearby Margeride. It is one of the main tributaries of the Loire River.
In our Gorges de l'Allier, you can practice many activities.
But the Allier is also a preserved site where one of the last strains of salmon in Western Europe comes to spawn. It travels more than 1,000 kilometres to reproduce in the fresh waters where it was born.
Le Croizet is a hamlet in the commune of Saint-Privat-du-Dragon.
Nearby, you have some nuggets in terms of small villages to visit or cultural visits to do.
A few kilometres away or a little more, you will find something to occupy your days.
For gourmets, sports enthusiasts or lovers of old stones, there is something for everyone.
You will find visits to the most beautiful villages in France, as is the case with Blesles.
You can also discover landscape nuggets such as the basalt organs of Chilhac, this village in the Gorges de l'Allier.
