Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 3) will be restricted from approximately April 2026, to June 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also note that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler

- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Couple beach chairs, boogie boards, and cooler
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

NOTE: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

I have stayed at the Ilikai several times. This unit was very similar to others. The view faces the marina and Magic Island. This direction is quieter than the lagoon side, which is why I chose it. The property manager was very responsive and communication was good. The building, and all units I've stayed in, suffer a bit from wear and tear, but structurally the building is sound. The location is one of the best features of the property.

A great base of operations...

A great location between Waikiki and downtown Honolulu, with easy access to all that both have to offer in terms of restaurants, bars, breweries, beaches and shops. The apartment was lovely and clean, well equipped and comfortable for a couple of chilled out evenings after busy days in the sun. All in all, a great place to stay and we'd definitely stay here again.

30 year anniversary

Ilikai is perfect! A lovely hotel/condo close to everything. Easy to access turo cars, shopping, beaches, malls, and night life. Our roomHad a lovely view of the harbor, sunsets, and music at the restaurant below. Everything you need is within the unit. My only suggestion is a soap tray for the bathroom sink. Thank you for a lovely week.

Easy and well located

Located near the tourist hub of Honolulu. Walkable to many things, nice beach. Lovely patio with big doors to a good view that open up the whole interior. The space is 95% spotless and effortless to access. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Mattress was ok, pullout was also good enough for one. Pillows were not great. Ample towels for beach etc.

This condo has wonderful sunset views of the harbor and gets the late afternoon/evening sun. Love the rainfall shower head option in the bathroom. My only suggestion is that a new knife set may be needed all the knives in the block are starting to rust.

Wonderful view, great experience!

This property was excellent for our vacation. Very clean, beautiful view of the sunset each night, well stocked with appliances and dishes, and detailed instructions for everything. My only real complaint was the listing as a two bedroom-- it's a studio with a bed and a couch. My friend and I didn't care but our initial booking and expectation was not what we encountered. Otherwise, it was wonderful and I would stay there again.

I loved our Condo. Plenty of space, clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was an easy walk but a little further then I would have liked. Was not impressed with the pool. One of the two dining options was closed as the property was having some sort of electrical problems. It opened in our last day with a limited menu. Overall it was a great stay and I felt right at home.

The unit was ok, the issue I had was the couch was stained and I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it so I covered it with a sheet. The closet at the entrance was unusable because the door was broken.

One Of The Best Rooms At Ilikai

We have stayed at the Ilikai several times and this room was probably our favorite so far! So hard to make a decision from photos and even reviews. But we picked a good one and would stay here again for sure. Everything was clean(really important!), well maintained, up to date. Perfect view of the sunset. AC worked well. Shower pressure was excellent. There was an issue w/the drainage but it was resolved quicker than I had expected! Great communication. Close to elevators, laundry, trash room. There is even a hair dryer, extra towels, beach chair. I have paid more for less which is always a disappointment. Thank you for the excellent service!

Once Again Alii Beach Rentals did not disappoint!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time booking a vacation rental with Alii Beach Rentals and yet again I was not disappointed. Every time I travel to Hawaii I will definitely be booking through them. The rental was super clean. And close to the elevators which was pretty cool. The room felt like home. All of the streaming sites were available on the TV. And this rental was super close to the beach and close to food everything is within walking distance. Only this that was a concern during my visit was that most of the laundry room areas were closed. But we end up finding out that floors 22 through 25 had working laundry facilities so we just used those. So problem solved. I have recommended Alii Beach Rentals to all of my friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is just as it looks in pictures! Bed was comfortable, but surprisingly the futon couch was even more comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. View from balcony was nice, wish we could see more beach but it was still a nice view of marina and water. Bathroom was clean and we enjoyed waterfall shower head was nice! Ate at Cinnamons, but bummed they didn’t have the popular breakfast options all day, lunch/dinner was limited. Enjoyed the coffee shop and good to know there was a convenience store in the hotel, however we did our groceries at the nearby Walmart. No central AC but it did the job and kept the entire unit cool. Only downfall is there is only valet parking at $45/day and of course we felt obligated to tip as well, but on the brighter side it was pretty fast to get our car even though it was busy most of the time. There was 1 beach chair available to use, would also be nice to have maybe 1 extra and a beach umbrella. Loved our stay and how easy everything was!

Good view. Clean and updated.Cons: queen mattress on king bed frame. Sparse dishes for cooking including no cookie sheets or pans to use in oven. Couch was not a couch - but better as a fold out bed. No back to it, uncomfortable and run down. There is no coffee table or end tables and one must put their wine glass on the laminate floor. Terrible! Lanai furniture also run down, stained and tired.Opinion: my 4th time renting at Ilikai and first time from property management company. Difference seemed evident. Not personable and the smallest investments in a bit of furniture and kitchen supplies could have made a huge difference. I won’t rent this unit again.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is clearly older and it seems the owners must never use this condo except for rental use only. Just like most older buildings near the ocean everything that can corrode does. It was comfortable but I won’t be Stonehenge again. If you want any privacy I do not recommend this place at all as there are many possible on lookers because of the way this unit is situated. Does have good views of the marina and ocean along with hundreds of lanais/decks. And I am not impressed at all with the Alii Rentals the management company which manages this unit. Not at all flexible on any requests and handling situations in their control or out of their control. Not at all pro active. I will never rent from them again. I rented this unit via VRBO then was introduced to Alii Rental during the payment period. Just my input.

Fourth Stay at the Ilikai

Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth stay at the Ilikai, we love the location and the amenities on the premises. The condo is conveniently situated just two doors from the elevator and a short walk to the laundry room. The condo has a nice upgraded kitchen and bathroom, new floors throughout, and a wonderful view from the balcony. However, there were some issues. The bed mattress is uncomfortable and does not fit the bedframe. The nightstand on the closet side is damaged. The drapes and carpets have stains as well as the sofa. A park bench would be more comfortable than the sofa which did not have throw pillows as shown in the picture. The kitchen counter chairs are dangerous as they easily tip over. Our TV remote quit working, I called the property management office who texted me that maintenance would be in touch, but we never heard from them and did not have a TV for the last 3 days of our stay. Overall, the condo worked for us but we have stayed in other Ilikai condos in better condition for less money. Side note, parking is a nightmare and expensive. $45 for valet parking per night or you can park in the Marina parking in the back but you better make sure the machine takes your card info or you will be towed as we were one day.
