The accommodation
You will enjoy a very pleasant exterior with a free-form salt swimming pool (11 m * 5m), carefully surrounded by sunbeds and a hammock for your sunbathing, a grill area with gas plancha, and a large covered terrace with lounge area and dining area to enjoy the shade in case of heat.
The garden is landscaped with local essences.

The main level you enter consists of a large living area (with a large TV) open plan to the dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen (American fridge/freezer with fresh water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc...); all overlooking the covered terrace, garden and swimming pool; a laundry room with washing machine, dryer.

On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, the first with its Queen Size bed (160cm) with its dressing room and bathroom with bath and toilet, and a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed, with its shower room and toilet.

Upstairs is the master bedroom (Queen bed size 160cm), with its bathroom with bath, shower, toilet.

There is parking for several cars outside.

The property offers easy and quick access to Cannes, Monaco, Nice and its airport (20 min by car).
