The apartment is easily accessed down two short flight of steps where the elevator then takes you directly to the front door of the apartment. On entering the apartment, you are welcomed by a spacious, airy, relaxing ambience.

The Space:
Life is centered around the open plan living area which flows freely to the two balconies, one of which has a small plunge pool.

The apartment is decorated throughout in soothing tones that reflect its surroundings perfectly. Where better to unwind, relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean whilst watching the beautiful sunsets Cape Town has to offer.

With its direct access to the rocks which is 50 metres away on Clifton First beach, this is the ideal spot for your beach holiday in Cape Town.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Clifton is made up of four coves, each with its own beach, called 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th beaches. What makes Clifton's beaches especially popular is their shelter from the infamous South Easter and the beauty of the white, sandy beaches and rocky coves, with Table Mountain providing an impressive backdrop.

Getting Around:
MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.
