This cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a vaulted stone bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), and a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

A terrace with a pergola, barbecue, sun loungers, and jacuzzi (accessible only from May to October), a cellar for bicycles, and motorcycle parking on the property.
