The outdoor oasis beckons with entertainment possibilities: including an outdoor charcoal grill, a private outdoor shower for sandy excursions, and an abundance of stylish outdoor furniture. Immerse yourself in the SwimSpa, versatile as a pool, heated pool, or expansive hot tub, surrounded by a fenced turf backyard featuring a charming putt-putt course. Indulge in the luxury of porch swings as you savor the breathtaking sunset views. A spacious driveway also accommodates up to six cars, setting the stage for a grand entrance.

On the first floor, you walk into redefined coastal living that excludes beachfront elegance. The kitchen, adorned with gleaming white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances, features a large island that doubles as an inviting hub for entertaining with seating for 6. Additional seating for 4 at the dining table. A professionally designed living area boasts breathtaking beach views from every vantage point, enhanced by sought-after shiplap decor throughout, creating a seamless shoreline sensation. Great stay

Great stay!

Wonderful location, right on the beach! We loved sitting on the balconies, listening to the waves. Everything was clean and well-taken care of. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! We’ll definitely be back!

Family fall trip

Beach was very clean, great surf fishing, swim spa was amazing, and when we had any questions the owners were fast to respond. This was a needed trip for my boys after losing their father in the spring. We had a great time connecting and being with nature. Great trip!

This house has everything you could possibly imagine! No possible way anybody would ever get bored! It is beautifully appointed and so well thought out! Check in/out was a breeze! Great communication from the owner! Amazing stay!

Amazing Views

Beautiful sunrises. There are a few things that need to be fixed and it would've been perfect. The missing shade in the LR (sun will blind you), and the faucet in the MBth shower. Would definitely stay again. Our kids and grandkids loved it! Great stay!

Wonderful outdoor area and such pleasant hosts!

We chose a terrible week to come weather wise, but were still able to enjoy the house and a few of the wonderful outside amenities. The host was very responsive and made this the easiest Vrbo check in/check out process I’ve encountered. Hope to rent again when the weather is nice!

Amazing family getaway!

Located right on the beach access, great view from both balconies overlooking the gulf. Located midway down Bolivar peninsula. Fantastic climate control, amazing decor, modern farmhouse style mixed with beach style. Tons of amenities included. Kitchen was stocked for cooking, huge island was amazing. We had a wonderful family trip!

The lay out of the living area was good. Lay out of all bedrooms upstairs was good. Nice to have full bathrooms upstairs. The spa/pool was a hit for all ages. The totally fenced in ground area was great for keeping up with our kids. Would recommend this beach house. Can’t beat this front row beach view!

Great House

The downstairs space is perfect, the big island worked very well. Had no issues when cooking plenty of kitchen items to use. The beds upstairs were comfy. Good location to carry everything to beach for the day.

Location only good thing

Being BEACHFRONT was absolutely our favorite thing about this property!! Several things were blamed on the tropical storm that occurred several weeks earlier prior to our stay- such as no internet/Wi-Fi, having to reset the hot water heater, no golf balls for the putting green etc...

Spring Break

We stayed here over spring break with our family including 5 adults and 3 children. The property is amazing. We could not have asked for a better location. Easy beach access, fantastic views, and a comfortable home. We would not have changed a thing. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved Bolivar and the VRBO

We had a family get together 8 adults 3 kids 7,4, and a 9 month old, we had a great time. The VRBO by Mark was Awesome, the pictures and descriptions were right on. We have several gourmet chefs in the family and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved being on the beach. We could leave our tent and belongings and go back up for lunch etc… We loved sitting on the deck and watching everything going on! Mark also has the concierge available which we loved. She had great information and options available. Loved loved loved this place!

Great hosts but property not quite what we expected

The host was incredibly responsive and communication was seamless! The questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, which we truly appreciated.That said, the property itself didn’t quite meet our expectations when it came to cleanliness and overall condition. There were noticeable stains on the carpets and furniture, damaged blinds, and general wear and tear that made the space feel more dated than the listing photos suggest . We understand it’s a beach house and some wear is to be expected, but the level of upkeep fell a bit short, especially given the price. Despite these issues, the house still served its purpose, and we enjoyed our time together as a family. With a more thorough cleaning and a few updates, this property could really shine.
