The guests from the guesthouse have their own entrance and THEY DO NOT have access to the backyard or pool. The guests from our guesthouse park their car on the right side of the driveway.

Great place to stay

Check in ,stay and check out was easy w/ clear communication with Claudia. The house was exactly as pictured and the salt pool was divine. It was a hot week and used it every day. Close to Miami beaches and Ft. Lauderdale beaches. nice neighborhood for our morning walks too.

A Perfect Stay !

We had a perfect stay in this beautifully located villa, designed for a great family getaway. A lovely pool, a barbecue, a fire pit, and all the comfort I could have wished for. The owner is delightful and very responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. In short, I highly recommend renting this amazing house!

Summer in Miami

The rental was central to all the activities we scheduled. Also, central all the key places to visit in Miami. Even though there's a studio attached, we were not bothered by the other tenants what so ever. We had sole access to the pool which was beautiful, well maintained and refreshing due the humid weather. The rooms and rest of house was really clean and everything was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again when in Miami.

Great house at great location

We stayed for 4 days over the New Year. The house is cozy and clean, had everything we needed. The owner answered all our questions and was super friendly. The location was quiet and nice, not very close to downtown or any busy areas. Just FYI, in this time of the year the water in the pool was cold to use. Thank you!

This property is gorgeous!

A little bit of Paradise! Our host, Claudia, was extremely helpful and accommodating. We found this home at the last minute for a family event and thank God we did! It gives boho chic, the outside area is straight out of a resort. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. 10/10 stay the home is beautiful. We will be back! Thank you Claudia!

We would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. All of our destinations were within 10-15 minutes driving. The backyard and pool are beautiful.
