Sunshine and More! River Strand Golf and Country Club Veranda Vacation Home

Welcome to our home! My husband Dennis and I, Danielle, are ready to host all your vacation needs. We take pride in offering a very modern, clean and well-equipped Veranda home in River Strand. It comes complete with nearby Gulf Coast beaches and all the resort style amenities you expect on a fun-filled Florida vacation!

This includes a large club house pool with tiki bar and a smaller club house pool both with fully equipped exercise rooms and classes. When not golfing on River Strand Golf Course and Country Club, relax in your comfortable living room with a large 65" Flat Screen TV and enough seating for 6. There is a full patio set on back veranda perfect for spending some down time and catching up on a book. The kitchen is fully equipped, and dinning room table fits six easily, 8 chairs are provided. Your kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, and baking dishes you should need. We have a Dry Bar to enjoy local beverages and cocktails which is highly encouraged.

The main bedroom features a king size bed and walk-in shower. Full walk in closet provided. Also, the main bedroom has a 50" TV and the whole house has high-speed wireless internet. The guest room has a queen size bed and large closest. The home can easily accommodate 6 guests and the office has a queen Murphy bed and office desk and chair if needed. Not that we encourage any kind of work during your stay. There is also a screened in patio to enjoy the great weather Florida has to offer. We provide comfortable towels and linens, bath robes and blow dryer. Wireless WIFI and cable included. We are a smoke free and unfortunately a pet free home, as cute and adorable as we know them to be.

This vacation rental is 25 minutes from downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach with its surrounding attractions. You are only a 20 to 30 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches including Anna Maria Island, Lido Key Beach and Longboat Key to name a few. St. Armands Circle is one of our personal favorite places to explore with delicious cuisine and shops.

Shopping can be well enjoyed in the area. Explore Ellenton Outlet Mall, University Mall and Town Centre which are only 15 minutes away. Orlando and Miromar Outlet Malls are about 1.5 hours away but great for a day trip. Disney is same distance away.

Country Club Amenities at River Strand
As a valued guest you will have full free access to the satellite pools (one is steps away from our home). River Strand Golf and Country Club guests have the option to pay the Social Rental Membership Transfer Fee $335.00 (plus tax - only includes clubhouse pools and other facilities) or the Golf Rental Membership Transfer Fee (includes clubhouse pools, fitness rooms, etc) $535.00 (plus tax). Golf as much as you like, use the large community pools and tiki bar, tennis courts, racket ball courts, basketball courts and exercise rooms/classes.

Golf rental carts are extra and mandatory if booking a tee time. A green fee will apply, and rates are dependent on rental month. The pro shop can provide all that information.

Note: Spring/Summer 2023 golf course renovation for 9 holes Tributary will shut down 4/1 and reopen about the same time next year, leaving 18 holes of golf and driving range open for play during this time.
