Water Views Everywhere - Lake Front Cottage with Private Dock and Boat Ramp

Enjoy lake views from every room! Our cottage faces a cove on one side and open water on another. We have 167 feet of private lake front access with both a floating slip dock and boat ramp. The outdoor areas (including the screened in porch) are directly on the water and offer places to rest and gather when you are not swimming, fishing or sunbathing. This is a very rare find. The home itself is a light-filled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat built in the 60s. We hope you will plan a visit soon!

Very quiet place, spot right on the end of a cove. It could use a little TLC. Nice dock to fish off or relax on. Nice porch area as well. Has everything you need to cook with. Bed was comfy. If you are looking for a quiet retreat it won't disappoint.

Lake trip

Very cute older house right on the lake with amazing views. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 3 grandchildren ages 9,11 & 15. The childen enjoyed fishing off the dock, jumping off the dock & swimming. We bought our 22ft pontoon boat the private boat landing was a little tricking backing into but workable. We loved the screened in porch were we spent a lot of time thats were we ate meals and played cards and board games at night.We wished we would have booked a few more nights. Very relaxing time with the family. If you have a boat no need to leave. We recommend Harris landing for lunch or Dinner we went there by boat twice. The kids want to stay again.

Peaceful Time

The property was just as described on VRBO. Very clean and the kitchen had all we needed. The area was quiet. Our children and grandchildren visited... they loved swimming and fishing from our boat, the dock, and the grassy shoreline. We made beautiful memories!

Relax

The lake view was beautiful first day. Major storms that night made lake a muddy pool that lasted all week. Fishing was no good. Did not even put boat in water.House could use a few repairs and electrical upgrades. My C-Pap caused a breaker to trip when fridge started. Had to move fridge to get to panel box. Too many appliances on one electric leg.

Great getaway

The place was located in a quiet part of the water which was just what we were hoping for. The house was perfect for what we needed. The property manager was quick to respond when i reached out and easy to work with.Definitely a nice little place to get away from it all for a bit!

Absolutely beautiful location, right next to Lake Greenwood. Well appointed with supplies for kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Full frontal view of lake from inside or screen porch, deck, or yard as we sat by firepit. 10

Location was as advertised.

Everything was stocked and decorated really well. The outside doors were a bit rickety and difficult to close. The front door pulled out of the spring back mechanism at the top. The cleaner that was used on the linoleum left the floor very sticky, which made it seem like someone spilled something but I know it was just whatever was used to mop the floor. We very much enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch. It was as close to the water as possible and had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay.

Best lttle cottage

We had a terrific time at this sweet lake house. There were 4 of us and we had ample room. Of course its Feb. and cold so we didnt really get to enjoy the back porch but I am sure it is an amazing space during the warmer months. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful stayhave

Fishing Trip

Great communication 1 st day we locked ourselves out owner worked diligent to help us get back in. The house is right on water great cove ramp hard to get to but workable. Everything you need for a relaxing time.

Peaceful and cozy!

My husband and I spent his birthday and our anniversary at the Lake House. The lake was beautiful, and the house was very comfortable! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch watching the boaters and the ducks. Would definitely return!!

The property was kinda small according to picture, but cozy. The water views were amazing! Boat ramp and dock are a convenient plus. However, there was dog hair on cushions, spider webs, and filth on porch and screened porch, the grill was too dirty to use... a little more detail to cleaning. The small refrigerator and freezer (no ice maker) was too small to accommodate our needs, but we worked with what was provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this property. I loved feeling like we were on the water from the porch. My husband and son fished off the dock and caught some really big ones. We brought our boat and actually spent a lot of time on the lake despite the chilly weather. I hope that our schedules work out to come back soon.

We absolutely loved it!

We have stayed at this house before, I actually had to change my dates so we could stay at this house. It's so popular lol it was booked up. All you have to bring is your food and clothes. Every thing is available throughout the house. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for helping us celebrate our anniversary!!!
