This location is well placed for wineries, hiking, state parks and Niagara Falls. Large, 2nd floor, open concept space for family or friends to gather. Four rooms with four beds (3 queen, 1 king) and three full baths. We also have a wraparound porch to enjoy our quiet country atmosphere.

This property worked out well for a family reunion in Buffalo. We had 5 adults with 6 small grandchildren. Toni was easy to work with, especially with all the questions I had. Wonderful place

Easy check in, hosts very responsive to messages. The owners were friendly and we even got a tour of the beautiful barn, we enjoyed great views of nature and wildlife from the balcony in the evenings. The space is large and the set up was perfect for multiple families. Highly recommend this place if you need a large space, it’s very clean and well stocked - you can tell owners take pride in their place and want you to feel at home . If my adults kids and I need to be in the area again this is where we will stay.

Excellent Location

The property was in a excellent location and was as described. Very roomy, excellent condition, very clean and able to do outdoor activities if needed or wanted to with a fire pit, chairs and firewood. Would Absolutely with no doubt come back and stay again! Hosts were Awesome and very comforting!!

Accommodating & Homey

When our west coast friends said they were visiting their hometown of Medina, myself and two other friends from other parts of NY found this upper portion of a beautiful multi-family home the perfect spot to bring our families together. The unit's four bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 2 and 4). The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area allowed us to gather with plenty of room. The kids loved the wrap around covered porch. It was also conveniently located near Day Road Park where the kids enjoyed a nice playground. Our host Toni was responsive and welcoming. Definitely a high recommend!

Weekend getaway for my sons wedding.

I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!!

Everyone in our party was extremely happy with our accommodations from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent, and the home was spotless, roomy, very comfortable. The wrap around porch was an added bonus for morning coffee, afternoon reading and evening gathering! We would highly recommend it to anyone!

Perfect Weekend Get-Away

I stayed here with 5 friends for a quick weekend get-away trip. The location of the property was perfect to spend time at Becker Farms and in the city of Lockport. The house itself was spacious with 4 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms, a living room space perfect for entertaining, and a beautiful porch to enjoy the scenery. The property had more than enough towels, wash cloths, and kitchen essentials. There wasn’t anything that I needed that wasn’t at the property. Toni was very responsive, answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and was available if there was anything that we needed. I can only hope that all of my future rental experiences are as wonderful as this one was. I will absolutely be staying here again!

Getaway

The stay was wonderful. The host, Toni, introduced herself the first day and assured us if we needed anything just let her know. The home was very quiet, very clean and well organized. Everything we needed was in the home. They even left some snacks for us. It’s a great space for large groups with a bathroom for each bedroom. Even though it is country livin, it’s only 10 minutes from everything you need. I will definitely stay again when I visit.

Family wine tour

We could all be together to eat and do games, but when we were done we all had our own room. Bathrooms were shared only by 2 rooms each with the 4 bedrooms. Great time

Beautiful View, Great Host

I'll keep it short. Snacks and water provided in a well equipped kitchen. Clean, clean, clean. Tons of freshly laundered towels. Firepit put out with chairs and wood upon our request with a view of 100 acres of freshly cut farmland. Met the host, he was so informative and nice, great guy. I'm from the area but moved and came back for family gathering. 5 of us in the house which was literally more than we could ever ask for. Do not hesitate to stay here, it really checks all the boxes and the beds were cozy!

The best v r b o we ever stayed at.

We had the best time at This place!! Everything was so beautiful and clean. The house is super with 4 bedrooms. And 3 baths. All the rooms were decorated nicely and the kitchen was very well equipped. The view out the window was unbelievable and you could walk around all the grass in the area. As a bonus, there is the most beautiful barn.I've ever seen on the property! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! kitchen is also very well equipped with everything you need. Five stars all the way!!

Beautiful VRBO home

Property was clean, spacious, fully furnished, choice property in the farmland of Lockport, NY. Perfect for our travel to NIagara Falls and the general area. Toni, our host, was fantastic. The VRBO is on the top level and the host lives on the bottom level.

The location and home were outstanding. Easy to get to, and had everything we needed. The three full bathrooms were a huge plus. The open kitchen / sitting area was a lot of fun. The wrap around porch with swings were a huge hit too!

Quiet country stay

We had a wedding event and needed a place for our whole family and Toni’s place accommodated us well. All the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Toni was very gracious to supply a pack and play and high chair for our granddaughter. If you get up early enough you can see the sunrise through the Kotchen window!

Great house for family vacation

We stayed here for the week leading up to my daughter's wedding. We had plenty of room for all of us with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, lots of pillows and nice bedding. All of the bedrooms have TVs (although we didn't have much time to watch!) The kitchen, dining and living room area is big and open and very well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans and everything you need to prepare a meal for a big group. It felt bigger than it looked in the pictures - we were very pleased with the space. Spent some time on the wraparound porch in the evening. The house is in a quiet rural area, but close enough to Buffalo to find all the stores and services we needed. Toni and Leroy were great hosts. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Brother's birthday party weekend.

What a great place. 2 bedroom suites at each end of the floorplan. 4 bedrooms total. And, bedrooms were very quiet, and dark(if you like it dark when you sleep). Great BIG ROOM - large living, kitchen, and dining. Kitchen has an island - perfect for coffee in the morning and perfect for refreshments in the evening. The kitchen is expansive with plenty of natural light. A lot of prep space. 3 bedrooms have connected bathrooms. Laundry room is in one of the bathrooms. Grill outside with wrap around deck. Owners gave us a tour of the barn they are remodeling for events. They were so very nice to us. That was great. The farmfield views were fantastic! Close to good eating, Niagara Falls, and the wineries nearby were great. Would stay again ( we had three couples and all agree on our rating).

Countryside Charm

A cozy and charming home with beautiful scenery all around. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The wrap-around porch was perfect to take in the country air. The home was super clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was the perfect hostess.
