- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed (90×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

Exterior (south-facing) :
- A shared 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- 25 m² shared, unfenced garden

The apartment is ideally located in Semécourt, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from near the apartment all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
