Villa Tinoée is a brand-new luxury home (scheduled for completion in early June 2024) that is very spacious at 180 m² and bright thanks to its south/west orientation.
It is located in a very quiet setting right next to the village.
You’ll love its amenities and its ability to comfortably accommodate 10 people.
Outside, Villa Tinoée features various relaxation areas in a large, fully enclosed lawned garden (500 m²).
Available for you to enjoy the outdoors (garden table, Weber grill, outdoor seating area, lounge chairs, and a parasol).

Ground Floor:

- You’ll enjoy a spacious, light-filled common area with a large kitchen that opens onto the dining room and living room, a dining area, a living room with a TV area, and high-speed Wi-Fi. This large room opens onto the garden.

- A spacious, south-facing master suite (14 m²) featuring a 160 cm double bed with a plush mattress, as well as a walk-in closet and a private 5 m² bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead. The master suite opens onto the terrace and the garden.

Upstairs:

You’ll find the sleeping area with its five spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated. They all face south.
All bedrooms are equipped with high-end bedding for a restful night’s sleep.

Optional: 1 or 2 pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed for 15 euros per day.

The house is new and well-insulated, but it does not have air conditioning.

The villa, its amenities, parking spaces, and garden are designed to accommodate up to 10 people.

One small pet is allowed in the accommodation (10 euros/day), to be paid on site.

The beds will be made upon your arrival.

Sheets and housekeeping are included in a mandatory package at the time of booking.

No parties or late-night gatherings are permitted.

Reservations are not permitted for guests under 25 years of age (week or weekend)

Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.

PLEASE NOTE: Bath towels and beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own.

Weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday) during school breaks. Weekend or multi-day rentals are available outside of school breaks.
