Living Room:
Unwind in the inviting living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa featuring a queen pull-out. Relax in the two accent chairs while enjoying entertainment on the TV, or catch up on work at the console table. Blackout drapes ensure privacy and restful nights.

Dining Area:
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, where you'll find a cozy table for four. Additionally, there are 3 barstools at the kitchen counter, providing ample seating options for enjoying meals or working remotely.

Kitchenette:
The well-equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. Features include a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, a 2-burner hotplate, and electric teapot. Pots, pans, and common dishware are also provided for your convenience.

Bedroom:
Retreat to the tranquil bedroom, featuring a plush queen bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and an accent chair for added comfort. Double-layer drapery, including sheers and blackouts, ensures a peaceful night's sleep.

Bathroom:
The bathroom offers a petite vanity space, toilet, and a stand-up shower with a small built-in bench. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Wrap-around Veranda:
Step outside to the wrap-around veranda, accessed via a small set of steps. Here, you'll enjoy expansive views of the neighborhood and hills beyond, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the serene surroundings.

No Loud Music: Please be mindful of noise levels.
No Parties or Events of any kind.
Quiet Hours: From 10 pm to 8 am, kindly observe quiet hours.
No Pets: We regret that we cannot accommodate pets due to severe allergies in the family.
No Smoking, Vaping, or E-cigarettes: Please refrain from smoking in or around the property. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fee.
No Access to the following space: courtyard, main house and main house backyard.
Shared Space: The driveway and walkway are shared with the main house.
Max Occupancy: Limit of 2 guests for a comfortable stay.
Security Cameras: For your safety, outdoor security cameras are in the driveway, courtyard, backyard, and by the front door.
Free parking is available in the driveway with a MAX of 1 car, with additional street parking if needed.
Keyless Entry: Your access code will be provided prior your check-in.
Booking guest must provide copy of photo ID/Driver License upon confirmed booking.
Booking guest must provide phone number and email address upon confirmed booking.
Booking guest must be age 26 or older.
