We had a great stay! The host way very welcoming and was quick to accommodate a late change. Our kids loved the pool, we had plenty of room, and the location had great proximity to nature trails and other points of interest.

I stayed at this lovely home for a month in February. I can't say enough about how great it was. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Just beautiful!! It was very clean and very private. I sat out by the pool many of the days I was there and thoroughly enjoyed the landscaping and beautiful view of the the canyon in the back beyond the pool. The owner was very attentive & accessible. The home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It was very close to grocery stores and amazing shopping areas. I highly recommend this home for a great get away or longer vacation. I plan to return again next year.

Lovely clean home, nice neighborhood, great location for us. Well planned kitchen and dining area. We're sad that it was a bit too cool to use the very attractive pool. Good communication with responsive host. We certainly would stay here again.

A beautiful view welcomes you. Kitchen and living area very nice and clean. Home was easy to access. Pool and backyard very nice although could not use pool ( January) Master bedroom not clean and sheets don’t fit bed. Luckily had family near by that we could do laundry at otherwise would have had to pay 80 to use laundry on site. Chose this home because it was close proximity to my daughters home(small condo)

Hi Karen, thank you for posting beautiful backyard photos, and for the feedback. I am sorry if expectations were not quite met. My cleaner takes great pride in cleaning for vacation properties so I will pass this along as it is the first I am hearing of a concern. Laundry access would certainly have been accommodated had you asked or requested this at any point. Communication is always helpful and appreciated on my end as I cannot fix something during your stay if I am unaware.

We really enjoyed the house and pool and the host was very quick to respond to anything we needed! Location isn’t super close to everything we did but very close to multiple highways and convenient. There’s a fun hike in the neighborhood as well that I eould definitely recommend.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed a very relaxing four night stay. The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and the swimming pool was very welcome at the end of each day, after exploring San Diego. The views are amazing and we also enjoyed the daily visits of hummingbirds in the garden. If we were ever to come back to California, we would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation with beautiful sunsets!

This was our second time at this location and it was wonderful! My son loved swimming in the pool and the sunsets were lovely. We're so glad we were able to make a return visit.

Pretty and comfortable in a good location close to everything. Wish the pool was heated so we could have used it, but I must have missed that detail when I booked. Beautiful views and perfect rooms for our young kids (ages 3 and 6).

Nice home

Our family like the location, cleanliness and simple deco of the house. However, no one dare to jump in the non-heated pool :-) They wished the construction wasn't there and the dining chairs can be more firm. Over all, they enjoyed their 5 day stay and I would rent this property for them again.

Hi Tam, thank you for the nice review. Correct pool is not heated as explained clearly in the listing. I’m not sure what you mean by construction? The backyard has been beautifully remodeled with new pool, deck and patio cover. This was all finished professionally early March one month before you rented the home for your family members mid April, so perhaps this is a typo or misunderstanding on your end since you were not on site. There was no construction going on. Regardless, appreciate the positive review and glad they enjoyed the property.

This was my primary residence for 10 years and I moved on to another neighborhood during covid. I have a passion for decorating and love when others enjoy the home with its private backyard and tranquility as much as I have.

The backyard with pool feels private as this home backs up to a canyon. The only neighbors are to the sides, with giant bird of paradise providing privacy to one side and to the other the home is positioned below this one on a slope. This is a safe and family friendly neighborhood.
