This charming typical house of the basin can accommodate up to 10 people offering the ideal place to relax and share convivial moments. Its privileged location, halfway between Lacanau and the Bay of Arcachon, at the gates of Cap Ferret. A real dream place for an unforgettable holiday!

The accommodation
The 150m2 Opal Villa with its warm and elegant decoration offers quality services perfect for a stay with family or friends.

The beautifully landscaped and quiet garden offers several spaces to enjoy the art of idleness.
The large wooden terrace has a table, you will also find the presence of a pleasant summer kitchen with a barbecue and a plancha ideal for sharing convivial moments!

The swimming pool (3mx4m and 1m30 deep), (open and heated between May and September depending on the weather) is a major asset offering a pleasant and safe swimming experience thanks to its alarm and its bar cover.

The fully fenced property ensures your privacy and security.
Des Sheltered and secure parking is provided within the property for your vehicles.

Inside, you can enjoy the living room composed of a dining area with a view of the sunny garden and a cocooning area composed of three sofas and a television.

The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped and functional.

A laundry area will offer you all the necessary equipment (washing machine, dryer and household products).

The house has a bedroom with cupboards (160x200 bed) on the first floor as well as a first bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs is a lovely mezzanine which has two additional single beds (90x190), a blackout blind and large curtains allow you to isolate yourself from the rest of the mezzanine for more privacy.

A second bedroom with cupboards (190x200), a third bedroom (140x200) and a fourth bedroom with fitted wardrobes (140x200).
A second bathroom with toilet complete the amenities.

Linen, a welcome basket and a bathroom welcome kit are included.
Beds will be made for your arrival.
