Perfect place to relax

The host accommodated my last minute changes in plans, was really quick to reply and extremely nice. The unit is very homey, and has everything you need to show up and enjoy your stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Good little place

It was really clean for a Wildwood rental! A little smaller than I was expecting. Not the best if you want to make meals. Great location. Really liked the upstairs, but it gets pretty hot up there, even with the A/C. Maybe a bit small for a family of four, but we totally enjoyed it anyway.

Everything was convenient and 2 of her players were only 2 blocks away. Alex was great communicator. I messed up my email address and could not communicate with owner over VRBO. Alex came thru and helped me. Looking forward to next year. Thanks Alex.

Great Location and Comfortable

My 2 girlfriends and I only stayed one night but this rental was perfect for us. We had such a wonderful time with lots of laughs at Wildwood. Conveniently located: Close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk but far enough away to not have the traffic and noise. There was a bike rental one block away. We could even walk to a restaurant for dinner. Comfortable: The beds were very comfortable. Showers are tiny but clean. The second floor bedroom was warm when we arrived but not all the AC units were on. Once we turned them on and kept bedroom doors opened the upstairs room cooled down to a comfortable temperature. Bonus: Each level has patio furniture to sit on outside which we took advantage of. The property manager was extremely kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Not the best Vrbo Experience

Not the cleanest apartment. Stains on the comforters, hole in the wall, broken lamp still in the corner of the living room and soft spots under the carpet. The one bedroom with the connecting bathroom was completely slanted. Even laying on the bed/ sitting on the toilet. The front door also did not lock from the outside. There was a key pad, was told it locks after 1 min and it did not. We tried to contact property manager with no success. We even had Vrbo customer service reach out to them with no luck. (Luckily for us it was off season and we were only there for two nights.) But they had no problem sending us a message when we exited the driveway by pulling forward instead of backing out the way we came in. I did message them back apologizing for leaving the “parking spot” the way we did and let them know again about the front door, still no response about our issue.

Jamie, thank you for your review. It was a pleasure hosting you and we are sorry you had the experience you had even though it is not up to anywhere to be honest or truthful. The place is always spotless and clean and being spotlessly cleaned after each and other stay! Secondary - unfortunately we cannot teach you how to use the VRBO app or their messaging system in order to see the communication between you and the property. It just does not make any sense that you saw some messages and could not find any other. Also important to mention by not being able to follow the self check in information Jamie blocked other people driveway, creating a huge inconvenience for other guests, us and herself, of course it won’t matter much for you because we got that resolved. Anyway, thank you for your stay, it was still a pleasure hosting you!

Nightmare

My third floor unit was gross. I viewed a different unit on the webpage. There was orange mold in the tiny, tiny bathrooms. There were brown rings on walls and the wood around windows. The refrigerator has dents in it, paint rubbed off handles, but the real issue was that it FREEZES ALL YOUR FOOD. You cannot open oven unless you take knobs of the bottom cabinets. The floor literally has dips in it that are so deep, you trip often. The internet must be the cheapest possible, as the TV buffered as often as it played a show. I would call this a bait and switch. The landlord told me I was the one at fault. It is expensive and not worth the money. I have stayed in other rentals that cost less and are way nicer than this. Renter beware.

Unfortunately, that’s what the business gets in revenge of the customer mistake. The old lady was looking at a different listing of ours, but ended up booking another one. With all our efforts to explain that it was an error on her end, she stated that she got scammed. She was advised to call the customer support and verify the facts. Fortunately, anything she mentioned is fake and the only reason she mentioned all those ugly things is to hurt the business, although we tried to give her options. Good luck to that lady, it is just a part of the business to deal with all kind of people, honest and dishonest. Hope our reply makes it clear to other people of what really happened.

A great getaway!

From the time of booking through the trip, communication was outstanding! You can't beat the proximity to the beach and boardwalk at this location and it was great to drink coffee and enjoy a cool breeze on the balcony in the morning! There was also a bike rental spot right on the corner! We really enjoyed our first 3-generation family vacation in this condo!

Very clean and cute!

This property was perfect for our one night stay for a cheer competition trip. Everything was super clean! I wish the communication between us and the owner was a little faster. We asked a very minor question and didn’t get a response for a long time. Had it been an emergency I’m worried it could have been a problem getting in touch. Otherwise a perfect space very well-kept and clean!

proerty was easy to locate but parking instructions were a little convoluted. Apartment was well appointed and cozy but only lighting was ceiling lights which were too bright to keep on watching TV or reading...need some table lamps. Alexander was easy to contact and always available and very accomodating!! Nice getaway for the 3 of us. Thank you

The property is conveniently located a block away from the Beach access point and Famous Wildwood Boardwalk. It is an East side of Magnolia Avenue right next to Saint Ann's Church, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, great for family and friends vacation or even a night stay if you have a business to do or a short visit.

It is a very cozy and private 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, that let everyone to have privacy and a comfortable stay. Large wraparound deck has a great street view, you would love to spend your after beach time or summer nights there. We have a comfortable patio furniture set as well for you to enjoy!
