To relax, come and spend a few days in this village in the Parc du Gâtinais, south of Paris. In a comfortable house, surrounded by a large fully enclosed garden, with a basement fitted out for your enjoyment.

You will stay in a house of 115m2 of living space on 2 levels + basement, on a plot of 1300m2.
On the first floor, the entrance, the fitted kitchen, the dining room, the living room with two steps to access it (living room for 6 people), a bedroom (bed of 160) with its bathroom (jet shower, sink and hairdryer), separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large landing, a bedroom (2 beds of 90), another bedroom (1 bed of 90 and two BB beds with bars), a bathroom (sink and small bathtub in the shape of a seat, changing table and baby bath), separate toilet.
The basement is converted into a games room, gym. Billiards, table football, table tennis. Weight machine, exercise bike, sit-up trainer, gym mat.
Terrace at the back of the house with awnings, garden furniture.

In the kitchen: induction cooker with electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, French press, teapots, electric kettle, toaster.
In the living room: fibre internet, Wi-Fi, 50-inch TV, Freebox channels, DVD player on the box.
In the dining room, table with 6 chairs, 2 high chairs for children.
Washing machine in the basement. Drying rack, iron and ironing board available.
Linen: dishcloth, dishes and hand towels, towels. For each bed place: mattress protection, fitted sheet, duvet and duvet cover, pillow with protection and pillowcase.
Heating by electric radiators, do not use the wood stove.

For the tranquility of the place, no parties or parties during the stay. Respect for the neighborhood. Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome. No smoking inside.

No extra cleaning fee, but please leave the house as clean as when you arrived.

Minimum 2 nights. Note that to prepare your gîte quietly, we allow ourselves 2 days between two rentals.

All shops in the town centre of Milly on the Place de la Halle and alleys around (15 minutes walk). Franprix, Coccimarket, food organic products, bakeries-pastry shops, butchers-delicatessens, cheesemonger... Bars, restaurants, brasseries. Market on Thursday afternoons. Tourist office, pharmacies.

Tourism and activities
Milly-la-Forêt is a tourist town where it is good to stay.
On the cultural side, the city is rich in its monuments and museums, the 16th century Hall, the Jean Cocteau House, the Cyclop, the National Conservatory of Aromatic and Medicinal Plants, the village of Barbizon... Not to mention the many fairs and exhibitions throughout the year, the Printemps des Ateliers d'Art du Gâtinais, the Herbalist's Market...
On the sporting side, it is dynamic with the activities it offers, the climbing spots, the "Oh my bloc!" climbing festival, walks and hikes in the nearby Fontainebleau forest, the aquatic centre, the equestrian clubs, the Atout-Branches business park.
