The house is located on a 7-hectare estate where horses cohabit with the animals of the forest. It is not uncommon to see a few hinds and roe deer crossing the meadows at dawn.

One of the bedrooms has its own independent entrance from the outside (the rooms do not communicate with each other on the other hand.)
And each bedroom has a sofa bed (be careful, just extra beds, possibly for children)
- a living space, with an equipped kitchen open to a living room.
- a private terrace.
And finally a Jaccuzzi spa common to the other two rentals on the site. (located in an annex right next door with a booking schedule to guarantee privatization and privacy for everyone). Spa forbidden to children under 15 years old.
This rental very close to Guingamp is ideally located between land and sea.
The nearest beach is 20 minutes away; or you can swim on the beaches of Plouha, crisscross its cliffs and discover its ancestral port of Gwin Zegal dating from the Middle Ages.
Around you within a radius of about twenty km, the seaside resorts of Paimpol, St Quay Portrieux and Binic.
Take the opportunity to discover the Valley of the Saints in Carnoët, the abbey of Bon Repos and its lively shows in summer, the pink granite coast and ploumanac'h (voted favorite village of the French in 2015) or the island of Bréhat by setting off on one of the boats from Paimpol.
