Across from the beach. Fully remodeled 3 BR 2 BA unit is pet friendly and located one bldg. over from dog beach parking lot. The master has a king bed and the 2 ocean view bedrooms have queen beds. Full kitchen, in-unit laundry, & ocean view deck. Fully furnished, and kitchen is stocked. Designated driveway in front of the bldg which could fit 1 (larger) or 2 side by side compact cars. This 5-unit bldg. is turnkey offering an exclusive common area for residents with a Jacuzzi, BBQ, and fire pit.... A perfect way to relax after a day at the beach!

4th of July annual getaway

Everything went very smoothly - from the ease of checking in, to the parking spaces made available at the beginning, then to the comfort and prime location, all essentials needed for cooking, sleeping, bathing and having fun at the beach - this place crossed all the T’s! Fabulous time, would book again in a heartbeat

Great Beach House Stay!

This location was excellent and David was extremely helpful making sure we had a great time. The house was adorable, comfortable and within walking distance of all the best hits in OB. We are excited to rebook this year. Highly recommend.

The location is unbeatable!

This property is amazing! The location is unbeatable and you can walk to the beach and dog beach in only minutes. The unit is super clean and the deck is perfect for watching the sunset. Communication with the host was easy and they were able to help with any questions instantly.

Perfect spot on the beach

It's a cozy apartment by the beach that we all enjoyed including our two small dogs. We loved sitting out on the patio and it was nice that there was a gate at the end of the stairs so the pups couldn't get out so we could fully relax. Our favorite restaurants, bars, and coffee shops were within 10 minutes of walking so we got the peaceful beach and a lively nightlife scene.

Spring Break Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ocean Beach. The property was just steps from the beach and within walking/biking distance to many restaurants and shops. The unit is older and the pictures are not quite accurate but that didn't impact our stay in any way. We loved having access to the hot tub and the bikes. We appreciated having access to beach chairs. The kitchen is sparsely equipped but we had everything we needed (coffeemaker, pots and pans, utensils). The beds were comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit which is a BIG plus. There is a Target and a CVS within 0.5 miles to pick up food items and essentials. The beach was beautiful. We loved being able to hear the waves crash from our condo.

Awesome property and view

David's property was nicer than the pictures show. He was so responsive handling all of our questions and check in process. The location of this property is right on the beach and he has plenty of toys for kids and adults so no need to lug any of your beach items with you when you travel. The condo we stayed in was beautifully renovated, super clean, had all of the amenities you would hope to find throughout the property. While we were there a crew was working hard to finish the common area with a new hot tub, grill, fire pit and outdoor lights so the place will be even better for the next guest. I have to say my favorite part of the place was enjoying a drink on the deck which faces the ocean during sunset...great place and a wonderful stay. Thanks again!

Immaturely clean with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Our group of 5 adults, one infant and a large dog immensely enjoyed staying here. The property was clean and the location was excellent with a wonderful view of the beach, the Ocean Beach pier and the ocean. A big storm hit the coast during our stay so we remained indoors for most of the three days we were there. But we had a great view of the crashing waves and easy access to the beach during those periods when it didn’t rain. This was one of the cleanest rental properties I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was small but It had everything we needed to make our meals. A few more cups and glasses would have been nice. The living room is also small but the three couches fit all of us. They weren’t the most comfortable couches but they met our basic needs. The smart tv was on the small size but it worked for the size of the room. The master bedroom is the moat spacious room and has its own bathroom. The bed is softer than what I prefer but it was comfortable enough (I prefer a firm mattress). The second bedroom is sufficient in size. The third bedroom at the front of the unit is the smallest. They share a bathroom that’s down the hallway. Those beds were also on the soft side. There is no dining room or table. That was unfortunate for us since the only place we could sit was in the living room huddled around a coffee table. We played games there but it was far less comfortable than if we had a table. It was also awkward at Neal time not to have a table and chairs. There are two bar stool chairs and a counter best to the kitchen and four more on the front porch along a small bar that could be used for eating. The rain made the four outdoors seats impossible to use. There is a gas barbecue outside the front door. We did use it with success but it needs to be looked at because the ignition button does not work and the knobs were glued in one position from the effects of the salty air. The host was wonderful. He was responsive to our inquiries before and during our stay. We had a small ant problem due to the rain and he responded with help immediately. There were a few minor inconveniences but for us this was a 5-star experience.

Great views and getaway with our pup

This was a nicely equipped property for a family weekend. Plenty of amenities and supplies provided and all in working order. Treats and surprises for our pup too. Even though it is a multi unit property, we were still able to enjoy a private vacation with little noise. Pup enjoyed family time and visiting the dog beach. We will be back!

Awesome location! View is exactly as pictured of beach from balcony and toes are in the sand in under a minute walk also a short walk to restaurants and shops The house was immaculate and lots of beach gear in the storage area Can’t wait to visit again Highly Recommend!!

Great location!

What a great spot! It is a quick drive from the airport, literally right across the street from Ocean Beach. The unit is very clean and tastefully decorated. Do be aware that it is part of a multi (5?) unit complex - somehow I missed that...it was not an issue, but you do share the amenities with the other units. Easy walking to multiple tasty food options, and the kitchen was well equipped (didn't find the cutting board until the last day tho). Really a neat place and very comfortable for my wife and my 2 kids (18 & 15). It was great to watch the sun set right from the living room, or you can go across the street and watch from the sea shore. The beds were a little soft for me, but certainly comfortable. Do be aware that planes taking off from SAN fly over head, so you hear them, but they're pretty high up and not too loud as they go over. Owner was responsive the few times I reached out. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect family vacation rental

We loved staying here and are already planning our visit back to this home. The views are amazing. Very clean! The most amenities of any rental we’ve ever stayed at. We were grateful for all of the kid friendly equipment (pack and play + stroller). Quiet and quaint community. Very fast responses from the property manager. We are so happy we found this spot.

Wonderful Beach Retreat

Our stay in this 3 bed 2 bath upstairs apartment was perfect for a weekend getaway to San Diego. The location was great. The beach out your front door and less than 15 mins drive to down town. Several convenience stores and cafes within a short 5-10 min walk. The beach gear and toys was a really nice touch. The host provided everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach. Would stay here again.

Just Perfect!

This property is located right on the beach and the views from the bedrooms along with the living room were gorgeous. We sat out on the patio every evening at sunset and listened to the waves crashing and just soaked up the view. Our stay was so relaxing and just what we needed to unwind. We also loved sitting in the hot tub in the communal area that had party lights strung above us. The beds/matresses were very comfortable too. Honestly, everything was perfectly maintained. Thank you David. We will be back.

Great Place Right on Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this Ocean Beach Home. The location is right accross from the beach. The owner makes available any kind of beach toy you can imagine so it is very handy. The pictures really don’t do the place justice. All of the finishes are new and very nice. Everything in the home is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the patio and the hot tub too. A lot of beach vacations are a hassle but this one was super easy with a garage and room for another car. Little things like a hose to rinse of sand were super handy. There are good restaurants in walking distance and a nice local vibe about the neighborhood. We would stay her again.
