Set within a tourist residence known for its panoramic views, this renovated apartment combines comfort with access to relaxing shared facilities.
The bright living room opens onto a 10m² south-facing terrace, creating a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy the Mediterranean light throughout the day.
Inside, the apartment accommodates up to six guests. The living room features a sofa bed, while the bedroom offers a double bed and an additional sleeping area includes bunk beds.
A fully equipped kitchen connects naturally with the living space, while the bathroom includes a bathtub and towel dryer, with a separate toilet for added convenience.
Residents enjoy access to the residence’s leisure facilities, including an infinity pool with sea view open from April 15th to November 6th, a tennis court and a children’s playground.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.
Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.
Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash
Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.
Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
For the comfort of all:
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
