The living room forms the heart of the apartment: a bright and airy space with sea views and high ceilings that reflect the elegance of the building’s original architecture. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster, making it easy to settle into the rhythm of a longer stay.
Two bedrooms welcome up to four guests. The main bedroom features a double bed and a sea view and opens onto the living room, with the possibility to close the space with a curtain. The second bedroom offers another double bed, air conditioning, and a small sea view.
Two bathrooms complete the layout: one with a bathtub and sink, the second adjoining the second bedroom with a shower and washbasin. A separate toilet is also available.
Located on the third floor with elevator, the apartment benefits from generous natural light and a peaceful atmosphere while remaining just a short walk from the train station, beaches, restaurants, and the Palais des Festivals.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
