This 100m² apartment, on the 4th floor (elevator to the 3rd floor, then last floor on foot, and a few steps to reach the elevator), includes:

- a bright, open-plan living area with a large bay window, comprising a living room, dining room, office area, and sleeping area with a double sofa bed,
- a 50 cm ledge,
- a separate, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and a desk area,
- two bathrooms, each with a shower,
- separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
- high chair, crib, baby bathtub, children's games,
- TV, stereo system, WiFi, books,
- air conditioning, fan, central heating,
- parking 7 minutes' walk from the accommodation.
