Freshly updated house tucked in a quiet neighborhood 1/2 way b/t Sullivan's Island & Shem Creek. Covered back patio with 55 inch smart tv, comfy chairs, gas fire pit, gas grill, dining table and mounted fans to keep you cool and the bugs away. Bring your dogs! Large fenced back yard with doggie bags provided and a hammock by the banana trees!

Pack lightly! We have your beach towels, chairs, umbrella, bikes and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need!
Boats, paddleboards, kiteboards- you have plenty of storage. Outdoor shower for you and a dog wash for your pups.
Only 11 minutes to downtown!
Harris Teeter and Publix supermarkets about 1.2 miles away(straight down Chuck Dawley Blvd), Trader joe's and Whole Foods are 5 minutes away.
Dog vacation rate is $100 per dog per stay. 2 dog max. Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival.
4 person max. 2 car max. Have a boat- the driveway can accommodate it.

Great backyard for dogs and people! Great location in Mt. Pleasant, close to many delicious restaurants and shops and so close to the water. Home was really well stocked if you forgot anything.

We were in town for parents weekend. This house was perfect for relaxing. Perfect location to Downtown Charleston and to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, private backyard with perfect sitting area. House was clean. Brandon checked in to see if we needed anything, great communication. Super cute updated house.

Excellent location. Very clean and well stocked. Communication with property owner was responsive. Loved the backyard for us and our dog. Property owner had dog bowls and towel which we felt was a very thoughtful touch. Definitely would recommend this rental.

Location!!! If there’s any doubt you may have in the location of this home, fear not. We did not have to drive more than 15 minutes to barely anything. The house is the perfect size and the back yard is also a great size. The beds are comfortable and I loved that all linens were provided. We have 2 older kids and they didn’t want to share a bed, but the living space had plenty of room for the blow up mattress. It was a wonderful trip for our family!

Based on our itinerary the property was perfect, Just a few min away from our venue at Credit One Stadium. We were minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet. The only negative was the pillows, they could have had a little more substance to them.With that said we would not hesitate to stay here again.The owner was very responsive to our inquiries.

Good neighborhood, beautiful place

Not only was the kitchen handy so that we could prep our breakfasts, the table was also spacious and helpful so that one of our party could check a few work items in the morning. The living room is a little cramped, but we weren't in the unit all that much anyway.The crown jewel is the outdoor shower. It is a wonderful feeling to shower outdoors.

Good location/Great backyard

The backyard space was very nice for dog owners as well as anyone really to relax after a day in Charleston. The house was nice and clean and equipped with any necessities for a trip. Would recommend this place absolutely!

Another fabulous stay!

This is our 3rd stay here! We love it! The outdoor space is amazing and it is central to everything! We love you can get to a beach or downtown Charleston in less than 30 minutes! The host is great and easy to reach! We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Stay

We had a delightful stay topped with excellent hospitality. The home is just as pictured with great space to unwind inside and out. Brandon greeted us with a personal note at the property when we arrived and a text making sure we had what we needed. Not intrusive- just good service.Make sure to have breakfast at Sunrise Bistro and dinner at Page’s Okra! Great property close to everything! Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome outdoor space

We really enjoyed our stay here with our doggies! The backyard is an awesome space complete with TV and outdoor fireplace that we really enjoyed! Our dogs loved the outdoor space as well. Loved that there were 2 toilets and 2 showers. Location is excellent and close to everything. Neighborhood is a little dated, but the house and property itself are great. Neighbors are nice. Be aware that there is a $100 PER dog pet fee and a $300 security deposit.

Great location

We loved the location because it was close to everything we wanted to do. We really loved the backyard with comfortable chairs and a nice tv outside so we could watch football games. The weather was perfect so we could relax and drink coffee outside in the mornings.

Loved it!

Great place to stay. Not a thing that we needed. The fenced in back yard was awesome for our two dogs (at least when it wasn't raining LOL!) And when it was raining, we could sit on the covered back patio and enjoy the sound of the rain!! Would encourage anyone to go! you will love it!

Comfortable and wonderful home!

Loved my stay at Caymans Cottage! So clean and very nicely manicured backyard. My pup was in pure heaven. Great location — close to Shem Creek, Sullivans Island, and the interstate to take you downtown. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Nice location! Dogs not allowed on furniture.

I booked this property due to the location, as well as the fact that it is dog friendly. I will say, the location was awesome, & the place was clean. The back yard was super handy for our dogs to potty or walk around & dry out without us worrying about them running off. However, I felt mislead about the dogs being allowed on the couch/bed—nothing about it was listed here or we may have booked elsewhere. The first thing we noticed upon arrival were notes on both beds & in the binder about keeping the dogs off everything, unless you were using the designated dog blanket on the couch, & keeping everything clean or else extra charges would be imposed. I understand that rules have to be stated for some people to be respectful to a property that isn’t theirs, however, all the little notes were overbearing, uncomfortable, & made me stressed. My dogs are like my kids, therefore, it was hard to change our routine for a 3 night stay. We were also very hesitant to use the paw towels available for fear we would stain them & get charged. Good thing we had our own paw towels with us. The only other issue we had was the bed. It was advertised as a queen size bed, however, it was a full size bed. It was extremely firm, & left us with aching backs. The other bed was just as firm & also very creaky when moving around. Overall, we did have a good time. I just wish more things would have been stated in the listing & in the contract we signed for the rental agreement so that we were more aware.

Great Stay

Great location as it's not far from anthing in Charleston and the beaches. The host was great and in touch when we had questions. Since we come to Charleston often, we will be keeping this place in mind.

Moved here with my dog in January '21 after spending 3 years in Tampa launching my latest company. Thrilled to finally be able to call Charleston my home.

Salt water is in my blood. Growing up on the Chesapeake Bay makes me appreciate the beauty and culture Charleston offers. As an avid kiteboarder- the ocean is less than 10 minutes away and frequently utilized!

Amazing backyard patio! This house is super close to the beaches, Shem Creek, and downtown but yet tucked quietly away in a cozy neighborhood. Open, airy, coastal farmhouse comfort hits you as you walk in. I wanted a dog friendly place- covered patio for outdoor dining, binge watching tv or your favorite book and a large fenced yard for dogs. After all, dogs need vacation too! Simple is better . Don't forget ... the outdoor shower and dog wash.

Pack lightly - we have your bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, grill, fully stocked kitchen and a big large fenced backyard.
Enough toilet paper/paper towels/garbage bags for a 3 night stay. If staying longer, may need to pick up additional. If staying 30 days or longer, cleaning will be scheduled every 2 weeks. This will refill toiletries and ensure the house is maintained. Billing will be separate.

Bringing a dog(s), please ensure excessive dog hair is removed.
