NEW HEATED SALTWATER, SCREENED-IN POOL AND SPA! Palm Tree Paradise (PTP) 941 is owned by a homegrown native of Bradenton, Florida; and her family is excited to show you how to vacation like the locals.
The open floor plan of this home is 2850 square feet which gives guests enough room to spread out and relax. The newly completed outdoor space is your own private resort! Totaling 2350 square feet, it includes a saltwater pool and spa and a 500 square foot covered lanai with a table that pulls out to seat 12 people. The outdoor space is screened with 20x20 mesh which keeps this space 99% bug free (no bug spray needed) and reduces the UV rays of the sun (significantly less suncreen). PTP has new flooring, upscale furniture, and brand new appliances. It is perfectly located in a safe neighborhood walking distance to the Bradenton Country Club and just minutes from Holmes Beach, downtown Bradenton, and Robinson's Preserve. Stay with us so there's room in the budget for kayaking, dining out, sunset boat tours, wave running or charter boat fishing. Take day trips to Weeki Wachee River, Myakka State Park, The University Town Center, Adventure Island, Busch Gardens, Sea World or Disney World. Indulge yourself in all that Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer.

Our family enjoyed the very clean outdoor space, enough room for us all to gather. Loved having the extra living space where our kids could enjoy themselves. Rooms were clean, layout was family-friendly. Kitchen provided all the essentials. Easy check-in and out processes. Good location to get to the beach or downtown.

The pool hot tub and house were all perfect! We had a group of 6 including 2 smaller children. This was the house we needed to a T! We enjoyed a few day at the beach, did some shopping and eating out. Our hosts were the best! Couldn’t give a better than 5 star rating or I would have. Thank you for helping our family make so many precious memories that will last forever.

Great multi-family vacation home!

Great home and location. Loved the fabulous pool area and gorgeous landscaping. Plenty of room to congregate and socialize without feeling crowded. Easy prep, cooking and cleaning in the well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Great communication with host. The house does not look large on the outside, but the inside is very well laid out: 2 large living areas and 2 large dining/eating areas.The pool/hot tub/lanai area were great! We had a group of 4 families and had more than enough room for everyone. Host supplied 10 pool towels!!! :)4 of our group LOVED the pac man video station! Adequate kitchen supplies. Driveway entrance is a little bumpy, but take it slow and there will be no issues.

Great spot for multiple families

The oudoor living space was exceptional. Indoor space was great too lots of room. The arcade game and other games were great when we were just hanging out at the house. The neighbourhood seemed nice and quiet.

Family Spring Break

Fabulous caged pool/spa

I definitely recommend staying here. It's a great home for a large family or a group of friends. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Everything was great. The caged outdoor area is wonderful with a covered section with a big table and the beautiful pool and hot tub.

Convenient stop for exploring the area

House was amazing. Two master bedrooms and every need was covered, it made our stay very comfortable. Our purpose was to see Sarasota and St Pete area. We could not find better location and bonus was the wonderful beach 15 mins drive. We felt welcomed by finding a lot of kitchen stuff and necessities in place. No need for late run to store!

Pool area was great! Clean house and linens and close to IMG. Great host Stephanie. Kitchen and bathrooms are dated. Need bigger pots and pans for cooking for 10. A large pot and skillet would help. But overall very good stay.

PERFECT

The property was beautiful, in an excellent location and neighborhood, and every bit as welcoming as the on-line photo's appeared. My family absolutely loved it, and all the kids were already asking to come back next year. Large, clean, conveinient. I had a special request, and Stephanie was extremely accommodating. She was so easy to work with, and so gracious and helpful every step of the process. I just can't recommend this property and owners enough.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. La casa estaba limpia, muy bien equipada y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. I grew up in Bradenton, FL and spent my whole life going to Anna Maria Island. I have travelled all over the world and can confidently say this is one of the best places on earth. I left for college and settled in the Midwest, but visited Bradenton and AMI multiple times a year with my family. We live in South Dakota, but come to Bradenton every other month to enjoy everything the Gulf Coast has to offer.

We found this house a couple years ago and fell in love immediately. It happens to be 5 minutes from my childhood home. It was custom built in 1976 by the Gilmore family and was meticulously maintained over the years. We love Bradenton and this home's proximity to AMI, downtown Bradenton and Sarasota. As soon as we saw the nearly 1/2 acre property, we wanted to create a fantastic outdoor space with a screened in pool to create our own private resort.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house has two master suites with bathrooms and king beds which makes it ideal for two couples who don't want to fight over the best bedroom. It also works great for multiple families with kids because it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 family rooms. With 2850 square feet, this home is both spacious and cozy at the same time. We know you will love the size of the bedrooms, hallways, laundry room (it's ginormous!) and two separate family rooms for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time. BUT...the outdoor space is where this home really sparkles! 2350 square feet of screened in space. A saltwater pool and spa with a sundeck complete with ledge lounge chairs, ice bin, and umbrella. The pool deck is travertine tile which is cool on your feet, smooth and not slippery. The screen is 20x20 mesh which makes it virtually bug free and also reduces UV rays by 50%. Our family spends hours in this space with no bug spray or sunscreen. The covered lanai within this outdoor space is 500 square feet and has a table to seat 12 people. You can literally spend your whole day out here!
