The villa features a spacious, light-filled living area, fully air-conditioned, opening generously onto the terrace and swimming pool. As soon as you enter, you will discover a fluid and welcoming space: a comfortable lounge area with sofa and wood-burning stove, a large dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with central island and high table. Everything has been brought together so you can gather, share, cook, or simply enjoy time passing by. A separate toilet is also available on this level.

On the same floor, the first sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, storage cupboard, and air conditioning in the hallway to keep your nights cool. A separate office completes this space, ideal for working remotely in peace or for setting up a baby cot. A modern bathroom completes this floor.

On the garden level, two additional bedrooms await you, also equipped with 160 x 200 cm beds and storage cupboards. Naturally cool in summer, they are also fitted with fans. A second bathroom and a charming English courtyard complete this level, bringing pleasant freshness and soft natural light.

Outside, the secure saltwater swimming pool awaits you, with direct access from the main terrace. It is not heated in winter, but remains a privileged place to relax during the season. The intimate, green outdoor space invites you to unwind, enjoy open-air meals, or spend long summer afternoons by the water.

For your comfort, the villa is fully equipped with a complete range of appliances and amenities: television, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and more. Everything has been designed so you can immediately feel at home.

The entrance to the house is entirely private and allows several vehicles to be parked safely inside the property.
