Beautiful, clean, and well-stocked home with plenty of room to accommodate our big family! Everyone enjoyed the lovely lake view, fishing on the dock, and swimming. The backyard was perfect for frisbee and late night s’mores and the super cozy beds made for a good night’s rest! Highly recommend this lake house

Labor Day!

The house and bunk house were great-plenty of room for our big crew! The big house is 3 masters! The sandy beach is so fun for hanging out at the dock with the kids on the rope swing!

Amazing Lake Trip

The home and bunkhouses were perfect for our lake trip. We spent mornings swimming at the dock and HOT afternoons playing games (and the NINTENDO WII) in the air conditioning. The property easily accommodated our large group. The kitchen was really well stocked and amazing! The reservation and check in was a breeze. The property manager was helpful when needed but we didn’t need much. Everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this property for any large group at the PK lake.

Phenomenal Home on the Lake!

This home accommodated 18 guests comfortably. The home was extremely clean, well kept, up to date, and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Everyone slept well, the home was spacious, walking distance to the lake, and we were able to use the grill outdoors. Perfect place for some good ole' fashion family time! Also, the outdoor bunkhouse is a plus! You can't go wrong with this home. We will be coming back for years to come. Thank you Perri for a memorable weekend.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway

The host was great to deal with. Very responsive to my needs before and during the trip. The house was cleaner then most hotels I have stayed in. The location was just as advertised. Beautiful views, well kept grounds and all the amenities a person could want. The home has a dream kitchen that is fully stocked. If you forget something chances are you will find it in this kitchen. Lots of room to work and 2 bbq grills which made cooking for a large group easier. There is not a negative thing that I can say about this home. Will definitely stay again in the near future.

Fantastic Property and Service

This Property and the owner were fabulous. Our family has stayed in VRBO homes many places and many times. We have never stayed in a home that was as well-equipped as this home was. We have never worked with an owner that was more responsive! The owners indeed shared their home with us!! It is lakefront with a beautiful lawn sloping to the lake with a sand beach for the kids to play. We would love to return!! Boat dock was convenient, and we were able to dock our boat there nicely. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful

This property was perfect for a multi-family weekend at the lake! The bunkhouse consists of 3 rooms with 3 attached bathrooms. The host was very helpful and communicated promptly. We spent most of our time on the large back porch or in the water (swinging off dock or lounging on the provided lily pad). The spacious dining area and living room easily fit our family. There is plenty of countertop and fridge space in the the kitchen and utility room.

Dragging H not a Drag!!

Had a great Memorial Day Weekend with family and friends at this great property. This house is great for a small number of guests, or the whole extended family. The house is located on a great spot, with nice swimming area, and a boat dock for you to keep your boat while staying. Ramps are just a couple minutes away. Winds limited our time on the water, but luckily there is a rope swing on the dock as well, a lot of fun. The main house has 3 masters, all basically the same, except the 1st floor has a large soaking tub and walk in shower. All main house bedrooms have a door out to the great wrap around porch/balcony areas. Plenty of seating for everyone outside, with an additional grill/patio area with additional seating and a charcoal grill/smoker. The kitchen is a great gathering area, and is stocked with anything you could possibly need, and and ice maker. Large laundry area with washer, dryer, and an extra fridge. The bunk house area is a small row of 3 rooms, with a queen bed in each, and a bunk bed set. Family who stayed in the bunk house loved the quietness, dark rooms and great ac units! Everything in the house was clean and ready for our weekend. The house does need additional trash storage/bins, especially with a large crowd. Makes sure your tv in your room, and the streaming service are plugged in. I really don’t have any negatives from this stay. Perri was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

This property has been a staple in our family for 40yrs. The Main house was rebuilt in 2010, after tearing down the much smaller and strangely deigned or not designed cabin style house. The vision for this lakeside oasis came from a growing desire to accommodate our growing families. We wanted to create a home we could all enjoy while still feeling like we had our own private spaces. We planned large porches connected to each primary suite where we could sip their own coffee in peace or have late night jam on the patio without disturbing the cousins. Now that many of the cousins are grown, we want to share this special place with you. I am so excited to host you and make sure your stay here at the Dragging H Lakeside Retreat is memorable. Most of the day to day operations of the house can be found in the house manual. I will be your point of contact during your stay so please feel free to contact me with any questions you have during your stay!

This property is perfect for several couples or families. Main house: Three Primary suites, with kitchenette and large private bathrooms. Bunkhouse: There Hotel style rooms with private bathrooms. Large gathering areas, plenty of outdoor space, and amenities. A closet full of life jackets for kids await the swimming and lake fun! Fantastic chef's kitchen for family meals and a table that seats 12! Plenty of outdoor space for porch sitting, deer roam the area, and beautiful sunsets await. Dock Swing.

Water front property that comes complete with all of the lakeside festivities. Guests will have access to a private dock with mooring whips ( Unfortunately, the owner's boats are not included in the rental) The outdoor closet located on the westside of the house is full of sand toys, a lily pad and outdoor lounging chairs. The main house has a south facing double decker wrap around porch and a detached shaded grilling patio with a Blackstone flattop, propane grill and Charcoal grill with seating area that is great for hosting a summer barbecue.
