Gîte de Charme "Le Temps du Bonheur" Avec Piscine Privée, Couverte ET Chauffée

COTTAGE WITH ITS PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, COVERED AND HEATED TO 30°C AND ITS NORDIC BATH

Located in a green setting, between Rouen and Amiens, in the village of Massy near Neufchâtel-en-Bray (76270), our cottage "Le Temps du Bonheur" is in the quiet of the countryside but close to all shops. It is located on our property of 1 hectare 1/2. It is independent, close to our house but not overlooked and it has its entrance completely independent from ours. PGJyPg
You can enjoy its private swimming pool of 8m x 4m covered and heated to 30 degrees (flat bottom with 1m50 depth throughout). It is accessible every day from April to October from 10am to 7pm. It is covered by a telescopic shelter which allows you to enjoy beautiful swims while staying warm or to enjoy the beautiful sun by leaving the shelter completely open.
The water is treated with salt and not chlorine, so it is soft and non-irritating. PGJyPg
The Nordic bath is accessible every day ONLY from November to March, and from April to October if you wish you can enjoy it in addition to the swimming pool (at an additional cost): 1 free session for any 1-week booking!

We have only 1 gîte, so the swimming pool and the Nordic bath are exclusively reserved for you. However, when you are not there, we can enjoy it ourselves with the greatest respect for the privacy of our holidaymakers (you are of course a priority!)

We have taken care to furnish and decorate this pleasant little cozy nest with taste which can accommodate up to 4 people maximum.
With its resolutely calm environment and its warm atmosphere, this cottage will seduce you! It offers all the softness of a small charming house by ensuring you exceptional comfort ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying a relaxing stay.

With a surface area of approximately 55m2 and on one level, it consists of:
- a bright living room with open kitchen and living room opening onto the terrace. The lounge area is equipped with a large connected TV and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction electric hob, multi-function oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker... and of course all the necessary crockery.
- a bathroom with shower and vanity unit. Hairdryer available.
- a separate toilet

- a first bedroom for 2 people with a large king size bed (180x200) and top-of-the-range bedding for optimal comfort. The little extra: a bright ceiling light with color variations equipped with an integrated Bluetooth speaker for a romantic atmosphere...!
- a second bedroom with a pull-out bed that sleeps 2 people 90x200
Blackout curtains on the windows of the 2 bedrooms.

- South-facing terrace (fully fenced) with quality garden furniture
- Private swimming pool of 8m x 4m with flat bottom and 1m50 deep in its entirety, it is heated to 30 degrees and is covered or uncovered by a telescopic shelter.
- Family Nordic bath 4 to 6 people (heated by wood ideally at 39°c + or - according to your request)
- Sunbeds and deckchairs available for your naps wherever you want in the garden area of the cottage
- Barbecue
- Aromatic herbs available just in front of the cottage (thyme, chives, rosemary, basil, tarragon, sage, borage, mint...)
- Private parking. You will enter through a motorized gate and a tarmac driveway independent of that of the owners will lead you to the cottage.

At the Gîte Le Temps du Bonheur, travel light:
- Beds made on arrival - Towels provided (towels, washcloths) + bathrobes (adult size) for the pool and Nordic bath
- Baby equipment on request (high chair, bath, cot with mattress, mattress pads and sheets, toilet reducer, potty, bottle warmer, baby crockery, small toys, books...)
- Basic groceries for the first few days: tea, coffee, chocolate powder, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.
- Ecological cleaning products: dishwasher products, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, dish towels, sponge, floor product...
A few rolls of toilet paper. - Water, electricity, free wifi

Privileged geographical location for a wide choice of discoveries as our cottage is located on the border of Seine-Maritime, Somme and Oise.
About 35 minutes from the seaside.
5 minutes from 2 A28 / A29 motorway exits.
