Ideally located; close to the center of the Provencal village of Salernes and essential shops (medical and paramedical surgeries, bakeries, pharmacy, Intermarché, Casino, Lidl, Biocop)
30 minutes from the lake of Sainte Croix and the magnificent Gorges du Verdon or opposite the sandy beaches of Fréjus, St Raphael and 1 hour/1h 15 from Sainte Maxime or Saint Tropez.
Many listed and typically Provençal villages are to be visited such as Villecroze and its caves (5 km), Sillans and its waterfall (6 km), Cotignac and its rock (14km), and Tourtour (15km) classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France also called "village in the sky".

For the more sporty: mountain biking, tennis, horse riding, and golf driving range 10 minutes away. Magnificent hikes are to be done in the middle of a scrubland where the smells of thyme and rosemary mingle with those of junipers and lavender.

Our pleasant and comfortable Provençal villa of 120m2, has three bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom, a shower room, two separate toilets and an open kitchen opening onto a spacious and bright living room. A covered terrace can welcome you for moments of relaxation or your meals with family or friends. The 800 m2 garden is fully enclosed, planted with trees and not overlooked.

For the months of July and August we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
