Pets:
• $25 per dog, per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog

• Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
• Space to park a boat or trailer in the driveway or front of the home.
• No garage parking
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

• Children two and under are not part of the maximum occupancy.
