This rental has three bedrooms, two of which hold king beds and one holds two twins, as well as two full bathrooms, a full kitchen/dining area,and laundry in the property! Not only will you have a wonderful time enjoying views of the Lake from either the front porch or the upstairs covered balcony, but you will be able to access the Community Pool, Community Firepits, and Gathering House!  Directly across the street is Bucky Howe Park, which is a public boat launch. Beautiful views

Very relaxing getaway. The property was very clean and the views of the lake were awesome. I loved having access to a pool. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Great location, view of the lake, actually right across the street from the lake. Clean, roomy, WIFI, porch and screened in balcony. quiet affordable.

Broken Toilet- Limited Communication with Host

The water was turned off to the upstairs (primary bathroom) toilet when we arrived. The chain in the tank was broken so you could not flush the toilet without manually pulling up the stopper in the tank. We notified the host who said they would send someone to fix. No one came the the host stopped responding. The toilet was never fixed during our stay. Only after contacting VRBO did the host respond and give us a $300 credit. The credit is not sufficient in my opinion as this property was listed as a 2 bathroom home and that’s not what we received. The property also charges a $350 host fee so at the very least we should have been refunded that full amount.

The cottage was really nice & comfortable...loved spending time with my AL family there.

Great space...pretty. Large kitchen, comfortable beds. Cramped parking...for larger SUV.

Love the property

This propert is great. Perfect for my family of 5. Only complaint is that we wish there was regular TV (or instructions to watch it) because we didn’t get any sports channels. Also feared my kids would get run over - people fly down the street! So beware of that. Other than that it was an awesome stay!

Great Stay. So happy we booked this. Here are a few thoughts I can share for you to consider:1. Leave instructions for how to light the gas porch light, fireplace, and fire pit. 2. Indicate that there is a lighter in the kitchen drawer to light these. 3. Include instructions for check-out.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with water view

This is a fabulous property is beautifully appointed. It has 3 sleeping areas ( 2 bedrooms with king size beds and one with twin beds. The beds are very comfortable. Ashley, the management contact, was quick to respond and very helpful. The location, the space inside this home & the outdoor seating areas, on both the the main & upper floors, the beautiful view of Lake Guntersville combine to make this the best property we’ve ever rented anywhere in the US. Do not bypass this property-it is fabulous in every way.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our family! The house was very clean, and so charming! We loved the front porch, the front lawn area, and the fire pit. Would love to come back!

Weekend Trip was Great!

We loved the house and especially enjoyed sitting on the porches! It was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the pool as well! Had a little trouble finding the switch to turn on the community fire pit but once we found it we loved sitting by the fire!

Weekend at the lake

When we first walked in we were impressed by this beautifully decorated home, and enjoyed every minute we spent here. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the wide stairs out front and taking in the wonderful view of the lake and evenings by the fire pit or on the screened in porch off the bedroom upstairs.
