great house by the park. 3 beds 2 baths, big back yard, lots of parking. You are literally a few hundred feet from playgrounds, softball fields, a skate park, and a few blocks from the new aquatic center, and one of the best golf courses in utah.there is a ring camera on the front porch

Beautiful House

Accommodated us perfectly. We were in town for work and the house is conveniently located very close to town. Easy check in and great communication with the owner. We loved staying there and ended up booking two additional weeks. Thanks!

We Loved it!

This is a home in a suburban neighborhood; safe, clean and practical! The master bedroom and dining room are larger than pictured. All else is exactly as pictured! (Laundry is in a closet in the hallway.) We really had fun, my son, my husband and several of our grandchildren stayed for my 62 birthday/fall break. I would definitely stay here again. Height of the bathroom sink near front room is the height of a kitchen counter, that was hard for the kids. We got so much rain we couldn't play outside or go to the park; but the back yard is amazing, flat safe and clean. Park is close and wonderful! Living room was a little cramped for watching a movie with 2-3 adults and several small children.

We loved staying in this home And would give this 10 stars if we could!! It had everything and the host was excellent and was Extremely helpful!! If we had any questions, they answered them right then!! Very nice place to stay felt like home!! We will stay there again every time We come to Roosevelt, Utah!!

Some areas could use a good deep cleaning. Outside BBQ and yard were very dusty dry and not equipped for use, especially for kids. We stayed inside while there. Coffee table/end table with lamp would be nice in living area for visiting or book reading. Host is hard to reach and not the most cordial person compared to other places we have stayed. Everything else was nice, comfortable bed in master, we didn’t use the other rooms so I’m not sure how they were. Quiet street. All in all we enjoyed our stay. I’m a bit of a clean freak so I noticed things I really wanted to scrub. lol

Met our son and daughter in law from California. the rooms were clean. The grill would have been nice to use but it hasn't been clean for a long time, it was a mess.

Softball Tournament Stay

The location was amazing for what we needed. Our daughters played in a softball tournament right down the street, and it was just a short walk to the park. The communication with the host was not as perfect as the location was. There were no checkout instructions, no “house rules” provided, and when checking in nothing was provided ahead of time until I asked for the door code the morning of checkin. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we loved the house. The game closet was a hit with our girls!

Went to see my husband

Me and my one year old daughter went to Roosevelt,Utah to go visit my husband while he worked for 3 nights. Check in process easy, communication and as very responsive, the property management said I could show up the evening before my check in. But coming from Bakersfield Ca I could only check in at the next day. Got to the property and checked in just fine walked around looked at everything and noticed there was the brown spiders alive of dead. Nothing that pest control can’t fix.

Quiet neighborhood

The house was in a convenient location and a quiet neighborhood. We were able to prepare our meals easily and sleep well when we were in the home.

Shoshonean Reunion trip

We came for a conference with the Ute Tribe and had a most comfortable stay at this residence. It was nice to not have to stay in a hotel.

Excellent stay

The property is clean and well cared for. Beds are comfy and kitchen has all the basics for making meals. Owner is responsive and helpful. Will stay here again.

great experience

The house was really cute and served all our needs. It was quiet, clean, and we felt very safe in this location. The beds were comfortable, but some of the frames could be squeaky. The living room could benefit with a coffee table and some end tables, otherwise it's just seating (albeit very comforable couches!). Additionally, the counter stools are way to short for the counter, so there wasn't really a purpose for them during our stay. We didn't cook, but there were seasonings, plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc...everything you'd need to have a feast. Overall, great experience and would absolutely stay again.
