Kitchen provides everything you need including all major appliances, kitchen essentials, island bar with three barstools and a dining table for six.

The family room boasts a sofa bed, Smart TV, and access to a private patio with outdoor furniture

The master suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, private bathroom with double vanity, and separate tub and shower, and access to balcony with ocean views.

The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV, a semi-private bathroom with single vanity, and shower, and access to balcony.

Convenient in-unit laundry room with washer/dryer.

All bath linens, bath soap, hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided. However, we do not provide beach towels/chairs or laundry soap.

Central air-conditioning/heating, free WiFi, keyless entry system, and free parking are also included.

Rocky Point Condo

The Condo was lacking many things. It was not welcoming at all. Normally the Condos have Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash,dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags etc. There were no mats for the shower, the patio sliding door is very difficult to open,the master shower is not functioning well,the refrigerator was not cooling well. These people renting do not care about their guests at all. I would not stay here again.

Great room!

We rented 2 units. Property was great, smooth check-in only issues are that 1 unit had a key lock and only 1 key worked, which was hard b/c I have older daughters who keep a different schedule and the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable and no linens were provided. Property manager mentioned that we had notice in the listing but I never saw that and I looked over the listing pretty carefully. Also there are 2 ironing boards but no iron. Otherwise units were great, clean, plenty of towels, and kitchen supplies, good wifi, tv's all worked and plenty of space.

So unsatisfied

The sheets were so dirty.. fan from the master didn’t work it will make a loud noise.. the master and living sliding door did not lock and I had small children considering been in 6 floor..not having hot water.. remote controls battery’s didn’t work including the one from the entrance door.. we got there Friday but the stuff we’re fix on Tuesday the day before check it out.. very disappointed first time we had a especien like this. The owner should be more aware of the places needs so they can give a better service because is not cheap and it suppose to be a luxurious room

Needs some TLC

Bella Sirena is a beautiful property in general. This unit seemed to have a lot of wear and tear. Upon arrival we were unable to put all our food in the fridge as the drawers that were in it were stopping it from closing leaving it warm. All shelves in the freezer were rusty as well. Thankfully we had friends staying in another unit on the property where we were able to put our perishables. After a long day at the beach we came back to shower, only to find out the guest shower does not drain and also had lint/hair coming from up the drain. The master bedroom sinks did not drain did either. The property manager was helpful and did have someone come out at 5pm the following day. We were only staying for 2 nights so fixing this issue a few hours before departure was pointless as we had already made adjustments for the stay. When maintenance came, they took our the drain stoppers in the master sink to fix the draining issues. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but these are obviously issues that need to be taken care before they continue to rent out this property. We have stayed at Bella Sirena many times and all other units have been taken care of more than this. If you're charging a premium price, you should have a premium property. Next time I'll read reviews a little better prior to booking.

El condominio esta muy bien.Las camas son demasiado comodas...Solo que en la cocina falta equiparla mas con mas accesorios de cocina... La estufa no funciona muy bien solo funcionan 2 quemadores... Pero todo lo de mas esta muy bien

Early check in fee and conditions

Unfortunately we were not told upon check in that we were getting an early check in. We only asked if we could put our bags in the office and go to the pool. The guard gate said our room was ready and checked us in. We were then charged an additional $75 for an early checkin that we never asked for. Th refrigerator never cooled down and there were dirty pans in the oven. The place was beautiful and we would go back if those concerns were addressed.

Missing 5th star

Overall great place. Items that cause not to give it 5 stars. -No beach towels. -Dead batteries on TV remote - condiments for kitchen salt and pepper -curtains in bedroom off the rails -no hair dryer - no info on how contact anyone onsite to fix any issues.
