The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



With a traditional architecture style, the grand exterior of your home welcomes you. The front yard is beautifully landscaped and there is a garage at the back of the home to park your vehicles away from rain or the hot Texas sun. Inside, the attention to detail is evident as you walk through the open floor plan with fabulous upgrades including hardwood floors, iron balusters, and beautiful décor. The interior is spacious and has a contemporary feel.



Your living room has high end furnishings and a luxe yet warm atmosphere. You’ll love gathering here by the fireplace and relaxing on the stunning furniture surrounded by the professional interior design. You’ll also have a second living area that is used as a game room. It contains very comfy furniture, a piano, and a foosball table. You’ll be sure to have a blast in here!



Your very own spacious kitchen has granite counters, a stone backsplash, an island, and built-in stainless-steel appliances. It is large and open with lots of counter space and cupboards. You’ll have access to everything you need in here to prepare your own fresh meals if you’re tired of takeout or just want to save some money. There is also a lovely dining room and a breakfast area that looks out to the backyard — two excellent spots to enjoy your meals!



The 5 bedrooms are large and offer plenty of room for your whole group. They are all nicely furnished with beautiful beds, décor, and linens. You’ll be sure to have a comfortable sleep in the relaxing atmosphere. You’ll also have 3 full bathrooms that are clean and have modern upgrades. The huge master bath includes a large vanity to get ready at for a day out, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.



Last but not least, you’ll love to relax in your own backyard oasis. The stunning yard has lovely landscaping and lots of patio space. There is a dining set under the covered patio perfect for outdoor dining. Take a dip in the huge shimmering pool or enjoy a good book in the swing chair. There’s tons of fun to be had!

The Neighborhood:

Your home is in an excellent location in Plano! The University of Texas at Dallas campus is 15 minutes away. You’re also only 30 minutes to DFW airport and 40 to downtown Dallas. Plus, all of the attractions mentioned below are all just within 15 minutes of the home!



There is so much to see and do in and around Plano, and that’s not even counting the fabulous Dallas attractions. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. Andretti Indoor Karting features go karting, bowling, arcade, ropes courses, and laser tag. Named one of the “Top 10 Trips to Take Before Your Kid Turns 10” by Parents Magazine, the kids will adore Plano’s most colorful attraction, the Crayola Experience, featuring 22 hands-on activities.



If you’re looking to spend some time in nature, there’s no shortage of parks and trails nearby. Bob Woodruff Park and Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve are connected by biking trails, creating an 840-acre green space, making it a larger continuous park space than Central Park. It has 5 miles of soft trails and 3.5 miles of concrete trails, with several situated along Rowlett Creek. There is also an equestrian zone where visitors can ride horses. Bob Woodruff Park is home to a 200-year-old Bur Oak, the oldest tree in Plano. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding on the lake all day. Arbor Hills Nature Preserve boasts 200 acres, with 3 miles of paved hiking trails, 3 miles of unpaved hiking trails, and a 2.8-mile bike trail. You can also get a great view of the park from the observation tower. Both parks are home to lots of amazing wildlife!



There are many shopping and entertainment options, including The Shops at Willow Bend. Legacy West is the largest mixed retail destination in North Texas. It is home to the best in shopping and dining, with great brands and more than 20 restaurants, along with a Renaissance-style hotel.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
